Architectural Digest described a contemporary Spanish-style home of roughly 11,000 square feet, with eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a long list of indoor-outdoor amenities.
What the estate is—and what the price means
Architectural Digest reported on March 6, 2023, that the property was relisted for $22.9 million. Mansion Global gave the more precise asking price as $22.888 million. Both figures refer to the asking price, not a verified closing price. The home sits on just under one-and-a-half acres; Mansion Global described the gated property as 1.42 acres.

Mansion Global reported that Longoria and Bastón bought the estate in 2017 for $13.5 million, citing PropertyShark records. That purchase figure and the later list prices mark separate points in the property’s history, not evidence of a sale at the higher price.
The architecture and outdoor spaces
Architectural Digest characterized the house as contemporary Spanish-style. Its reported 11,000 square feet of interior space is set apart from the nearly 1.5-acre grounds, which include an attached four-car garage and an astroturfed lawn.

- Pool and cabana: The pool has a Baja shelf, and the cabana includes a wet bar, according to the listing details reported by Architectural Digest and Mansion Global.
- Gym: A separate glass-walled gym opens toward canyon views, creating an indoor-outdoor feel.
- Paddle tennis: The fenced court has lighting for nighttime play and a pavilion.
- Patios: Mansion Global reported both covered and uncovered patio areas.
Inside the house
The reported floor plan includes eight bedrooms and nine full bathrooms plus two half bathrooms. Oak floors and tall ceilings set the tone; at the entrance, a double-height foyer is topped by a circular skylight. A floating wood staircase connects the levels.
Library, wine room and media room
A library with a fireplace opens toward the backyard. Mansion Global identified it as a Taschen library. The estate also has a sit-down wine cellar, described by Mansion Global as a wine-tasting room, and a media room furnished with red velvet curtains and a charcoal bouclé sectional, according to Architectural Digest.

Kitchen and entertaining spaces
The kitchen pairs an island with an eat-in area, while a separate prep kitchen provides extra space for entertaining. Mansion Global also reported double ovens, a breakfast nook and a formal dining room. Longoria called the kitchen her favorite room in an interview with Architectural Digest, saying it was “where the heart of the home is,” though she wished it were bigger.
Primary suite
The primary suite includes a large walk-in closet and a stone-clad bathroom. Its features include a windowed soaking tub and a separate glass shower.

What is known about the later listing
In November 2024, El País reported that Longoria had put her Beverly Hills home up for sale again as she spent much of her time in Mexico and Spain. That report does not confirm a subsequent sale or establish the property’s current ownership or market status.
