Adele bought Sylvester Stallone’s Beverly Park estate for a reported $58 million, according to the Los Angeles Times in 2022. The report describes a roughly 21,000-square-foot home on 3.5 acres, with eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms and extensive entertainment and leisure spaces. Here is what published reporting says about the property—not a current inspection or a claim about who lives there now.

Where is Adele’s Beverly Hills mansion?

The property is in Beverly Park, a gated residential community in the Beverly Hills area of Los Angeles County. The Los Angeles Times identified Adele as the buyer of Sylvester Stallone’s estate in a report published February 25, 2022. The paper reported a sale price of $58 million. What did the reported estate include?

Interior and entertaining spaces

Reported interior features include a two-story foyer, formal living and dining areas, a movie theater and a custom bar. The house also reportedly has a gym and a cigar room with air filtration.

Additional buildings and outdoor amenities

The property was reported to include an eight-car garage with an art studio, a guesthouse, a pool and a putting green. The reporting describes the estate’s features; it does not establish whether every space, finish or furnishing remains unchanged.

How did the asking price compare with the reported sale?

The Los Angeles Times reported that the estate was first listed for $110 million in January 2021, later had an $80 million asking price, and sold to Adele for a reported $58 million. Those figures compare asking prices with a reported transaction price; they do not establish an appraisal, the property’s value today or a broader market trend. The 2022 report covers the listing history and sale.

Why did the Rocky statue matter?

In a June 20, 2023 Los Angeles Times story, Stallone said Adele wanted his poolside statue of Rocky Balboa to stay with the property. Recalling his reaction, he said, “That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the whole deal.” He also said, “She wanted the statue.” These are Stallone’s remarks as reported by the newspaper, not evidence of a contract term. What is known about the home now?

The cited coverage establishes the reported sale and features described in 2022, plus Stallone’s statue anecdote reported in 2023. It does not establish the home’s current owner, occupancy, condition or renovation history after 2023. Accordingly, the reported details are best understood as a profile of the estate at the time it was covered, not a verified account of its present-day state.
