Start at Assam’s official eProcurement portal
The Government of Assam eProcurement System is the primary source for Assam eProcurement notices and their tender schedules. Its homepage provides search by ID, title, or reference number, along with routes for Active Tenders, Tenders by Closing Date, Tenders by Organisation, Tenders by Classification, and Advanced Search.
The portal states that tender schedules can be downloaded free of cost. Open the particular notice and use the document links attached to that record; the files and download controls may vary by tender.
Choose a search route

Verify the notice before downloading
A similar school name or a title containing “construction” is not enough to identify the right bid. Check the full title, procuring authority, tender reference number, work location, closing date and time, and opening date and time against the notice record. This helps distinguish separate projects and prevents using documents for a different site or tender.

For example, portal listings checked for this guide included additional-classroom tenders for J.C. Nampui Memorial LP School in Dima Hasao (PTDC/Engg/2026-27/628), Bangfor Belguri HS in Morigaon (PTDC/Engg/2026-27/630), and Batabori High School in Morigaon (PTDC/Engg/2026-27/629). These are dated examples, not a current list of open tenders; check the live portal for their status and any later notices.
Download the tender schedule and bid documents
- Open the matching tender record on the Assam eProcurement portal.
- Use the schedule or document links on that specific notice to retrieve its files. The portal says schedules are free to download; do not substitute a cached copy or documents attached to another tender.
- Review the downloaded files alongside the notice details, including the work location, submission and opening times, and any instructions or requirements in the tender documents.
The portal separates notice discovery and document access from bidder enrollment and digital-signature information. The reviewed portal information does not establish that enrollment or a digital signature certificate is universally required just to search or download; requirements for submitting a bid should be checked on the portal and in the applicable tender instructions.

Check corrigenda and status before acting
After downloading, revisit the tender record before preparing or submitting a bid. Use the portal’s Corrigendum section and status routes, including Tenders Status and Cancelled/Retendered, to check for addenda, extensions, cancellation, or retendering. The portal homepage says its latest corrigenda update every 15 minutes; confirm the current record rather than relying on an earlier saved notice or document.

Use the state eProcurement portal as the source for a notice issued through that system. The Assam Finance Department’s Public Procurement page publishes procurement rules, forms and schedules, an eProcurement handbook, and GeM guidance; it is useful for policy and process references, not a replacement for the particular tender notice.

Some education-related procurement may use another route. Samagra Shiksha Axom’s GeM Bid Documents page lists GeM documents and directs readers to the Assam eProcurement portal for at least one eProcurement notice. Follow the procurement channel named by the issuing authority for the specific purchase or works tender.
