Bob Vila reports the RIDGID 18V Cordless 5-Tool Combo Kit at $299, compared with a stated former price of $705. The roundup describes that as $406 in savings, or 58% off. These are the roundup’s figures; they are not independently verified and may not match Home Depot’s current listing.
The kit is reported to include two 4.0Ah batteries, a charger, a tool bag, and accessories. That makes the bundle contents relevant to the comparison: a lower bare-tool price may not include batteries or a charger needed to put the tool to work.
