The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Quantity Surveying Division (QSD) scheduled its 2026 conference for Saturday, 3 October, at the CIC–Zero Carbon Park in Hong Kong. The event date has passed. Its published theme focused on digital construction, collaborative contracting and payment security.
What was the HKIS QSD Conference 2026?
It was a conference organized by the HKIS Quantity Surveying Division, not HKIS’s separate annual conference. The organizers described its purpose as bringing together government officials, business leaders, industry practitioners and academia to share quantity-surveying insights, address industry challenges and opportunities, and align with the HKSAR Government’s development strategy.
The published theme was “Transforming QS Practice in a New Era: Integrating Digital Construction, Collaborative Contracting and Payment Security.” The theme identifies the conference’s intended focus; the available event records do not establish what sessions were ultimately delivered or what outcomes followed.
When and where was it scheduled?
The conference was scheduled for Saturday, 3 October 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Multi-purpose Hall, CIC–Zero Carbon Park. Event materials described a hybrid format, with the HKIS CPD record specifying “Multi-Purpose Hall, CIC – Zero Carbon Park / Webinar.”

What were the registration deadline and fees?
The official HKIS CPD record listed 30 September 2026 as the registration deadline. Although the event listing used open-enrolment wording, that conflicts with the stated deadline and the elapsed conference date. Current registration availability is therefore unconfirmed; the published fees below are historical event charges, not current offers.
