Can you still enter the HGTV Smart Home 2025 sweepstakes?
No. The entry period ran from 9 a.m. ET on April 1 through 5 p.m. ET on May 23, 2025, and has closed. The launch announcement said eligible fans could enter daily through HGTV.com and FoodNetwork.com. The full official 2025 eligibility requirements and alternate-prize terms could not be verified in the official material available for this article, so details from another year should not be assumed to apply. What was included in the HGTV Smart Home 2025 prize?
The announced package was valued at more than $1.1 million and included a furnished San Antonio home, a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLC Plug-In Hybrid SUV and $100,000 cash. The launch announcement gives the package value; it does not establish a separate value for each component.

Where was the HGTV Smart Home 2025?
The renovated house was in San Antonio’s MacArthur Park neighborhood, near San Antonio International Airport, according to Axios San Antonio. It measured more than 3,000 square feet and had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The home included a private basketball court, a sports-themed media lounge, gaming consoles and a cold plunge. How was the home designed?
Warner Bros. Discovery described the project as a midcentury renovation with a sporty, high-tech approach to indoor-outdoor living. KM Builders remodeled the home, and Poonam Moore designed it. Moore told Axios: “I wanted to blend touches of Midcentury modern influences with a playful Texas twist, creating a fresh, fun, stylish aesthetic that sets this home apart.”

Axios reported an automatic dishwasher door release, a water sensor intended to help prevent leak damage, and an automatic soap dispenser. The report does not identify the makes or models of these devices, so it does not establish which specific products were installed.
