The ranking is DesignRush’s editorial selection, not an independent certification that Estes Media is the best choice for every construction company. The list concerns generative engine optimization (GEO); construction is relevant because DesignRush identifies construction among Estes Media’s industries and features construction work in its agency profile.
What DesignRush’s ranking says
In “7 Best GEO Agencies to Hire in 2026”, DesignRush describes Estes Media as a done-for-you marketing team for B2B companies and lists it at number five. The article says its evaluation considered experience, service depth and documented AI-search results. A Newsfile-distributed release dated October 1, 2026 names the same seven agencies and describes selection factors as portfolio strength, client feedback, service capabilities and performance outcomes, including campaign results and strategic impact.

#1 Best Overall
Why construction businesses may consider Estes Media
DesignRush’s agency profile lists construction among Estes Media’s industries and features construction portfolio work, including Malone Roofing. Its GEO ranking article presents AI-search visibility as one part of a broader B2B marketing program that also includes SEO, paid and social advertising, content and creative, marketing automation, and go-to-market strategy. These are DesignRush profile and editorial descriptions, not an independent audit of the agency’s work. See the Estes Media profile on DesignRush for its listed industries and portfolio.
For a contractor, the practical question is whether an agency can connect visibility work to the company’s actual services, locations and leads—not simply whether it appears on a GEO list. Ask to see relevant construction examples and understand what work the agency would perform, what it would measure and how it would report results.
What the WNC Roofing case reports
DesignRush says Estes Media reworked WNC Roofing’s keyword-oriented content around GEO principles. Its description includes answer-first content blocks, FAQs designed to stand alone, schema markup identifying the company as a service business, and deeper topical coverage using named projects and dated examples.
The ranking article reports that WNC Roofing achieved 40% voice share in AI search results for its core services and markets, while its existing organic rankings held steady. This is a result reported by DesignRush, not an independently verified measurement or a general GEO benchmark. The article does not establish that another roofing or construction business should expect the same result.

How to assess a GEO agency for your construction company
Before treating a case study or ranking as evidence of likely results, ask the agency to explain the measurement and the work behind it. For a claimed “voice share” result, ask:
- What does voice share mean in the case study, and how was it calculated?
- Which AI platforms, queries, services and markets were included?
- What were the baseline and reporting period?
- How were leads or other business outcomes attributed to the work?
- Did conventional organic-search performance change during the same period?
- Can the agency show the scope and duration of the engagement and clarify which work it performed?
Then compare agencies on evidence that matters to your business: construction-sector experience, relevant portfolio examples, service scope, client feedback and reporting practices. DesignRush names several of these as selection considerations, but its published sources do not provide comparable supporting details for every agency on the list.
