Coverage reported the standalone DELTA 2 at about $460, or roughly 54% off, and the DELTA 2 with a 220W solar panel at about 55% off. As of August 18, 2026, EcoFlow’s deals page showed DELTA 2 configurations as sold out, while newer DELTA 3-series models were available.
The DELTA 2 remains a capable 1,024Wh portable power station for camping, remote work, electronics and limited emergency backup. Whether it is still worth buying depends on finding a genuine clearance price, confirming the unit is new and covered by warranty, and comparing it with a current DELTA 3 or DELTA 3 Plus.

What the 2024 deal actually included
The original deal coverage referred to two different products. The headline should not be read as one price for both the power station and the solar panel.
| Configuration | Reported reference price | Reported deal price | Approximate discount | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| EcoFlow DELTA 2 power station | About $1,000 | About $460 | About 54% | Amazon promotion in November 2024 |
| DELTA 2 plus one 220W portable solar panel | About $1,650 | Reported savings of about $900 | About 55% | Amazon promotion in November 2024 |
PhoneArena reported the base-unit and bundle pricing as Amazon deals. EcoFlow’s own November 2024 announcement described a broader promotion running from November 21 through December 2, with at least 53% off the DELTA 2 and at least 54% off the 220W solar-panel bundle.

Some deal coverage also mentioned additional order-value coupons, including discounts for eligible orders above $1,000. Those terms may have depended on the Amazon account, product combination, inventory or promotion. They should not be treated as universal price reductions.
Was it really a “record-low” price?
Probably—but only in the qualified sense used by deal coverage. PhoneArena described the DELTA 2 as reaching a new record-low price at the time. That means the publisher or its price reference identified an exceptionally low observed price during that promotion; it does not prove that the price was the lowest the product had ever sold for at every retailer.
Portable power-station pricing is difficult to compare across years because the deal may involve an on-page coupon, Prime eligibility, a changing seller, a different bundle SKU, refurbished inventory, a different solar-panel version or a manufacturer-specific reference price. The reported “55% off” applied to the DELTA 2 plus 220W panel bundle, and the reported $900 savings represented the difference from the cited reference price—not necessarily $900 below the product’s normal street price.

What came with the solar bundle?
The bundle consisted of the DELTA 2 power station and one 220W portable solar panel. EcoFlow says purchases of its portable solar panels include a solar-to-XT60 cable. A carrying case, extra battery, additional panels, mounting equipment and other accessories should not be assumed to be included unless the exact listing says so.
The panel’s job is to recharge the DELTA 2 away from the wall. It does not add 220Wh to the battery and does not turn the station into a 220W generator. The DELTA 2 stores energy in its battery; the panel supplies energy when sunlight is available.

What can the DELTA 2 realistically power?
The 1,800W continuous output describes the size of load the inverter can support. The 1,024Wh battery describes how much energy is stored. You need both numbers to estimate usefulness.
- Laptops, phones, cameras, lights and networking equipment are easy fits.
- Camping refrigerators, fans and small appliances are practical if their starting and running loads are within the station’s limits.
- A CPAP machine may be suitable, but runtime depends on pressure settings, humidification and whether the machine uses AC or DC power.
- A refrigerator or freezer may run for a limited period, but compressor startup can exceed its labeled running wattage.
- Some power tools can work, although their startup demand and battery-charging behavior vary.
Simple energy calculations illustrate the limits. A constant 100W load would theoretically use 1,024Wh in about 10 hours; a constant 200W load would take about five hours; and a constant 1,000W load would consume the stored energy in less than an hour. Actual AC runtime will be shorter because of inverter losses, reserve capacity, temperature, battery age and changing appliance loads.
Electric heaters, kettles, hair dryers, induction cooktops, air conditioners, large pumps and water heaters are poor fits. Motors and compressors can also fail to start even when their printed running wattage is below 1,800W.
EcoFlow’s X-Boost feature is not the same as supplying 2,200W of clean continuous power to every appliance. Compatibility varies by device, and X-Boost should not be used as a guarantee that a high-wattage appliance will operate normally.

The DELTA 2 is not a whole-home backup system by itself. It cannot replace a transfer switch, professionally installed backup equipment or a permanently integrated solar-and-battery system. It is also not a substitute for a gasoline or dual-fuel generator when the requirement is indefinite operation at high loads.
Central air conditioning, electric heating, well pumps and large water heaters generally require more sustained power or starting capacity than a 1kWh portable station can provide. The unit should also be protected from rain and wet locations. “Indoor-friendly” does not mean waterproof, and outdoor use still requires safe cable routing, suitable temperatures and protection from moisture.
Solar charging: what the 220W rating means
EcoFlow advertises the 220W bifacial panel with up to a 23% conversion rate and a full recharge time as fast as 2.3 hours under stated conditions. Those are rated or manufacturer claims, not guaranteed field results.
A panel labeled 220W will rarely produce 220W continuously. Shade, clouds, low winter sun, heat, dirt, cable losses, panel angle and orientation can all reduce output. A single 220W panel also does not use the DELTA 2’s full 500W solar-input ceiling. Additional compatible panels may charge the station faster, but the combined setup must remain within the manual’s voltage, current, connector and wiring limits.
Before connecting third-party panels, check:
- Open-circuit voltage (Voc).
- Operating voltage and short-circuit current.
- Connector type and any required adapter.
- Whether panels are wired in series or parallel.
- The total voltage, current and wattage entering the DELTA 2.
The solar input is limited to 11–60V, 15A and 500W maximum. Exceeding the 60V limit can damage the station. The manual is the authority for the specific panel arrangement.

The DELTA 2 made sense at the 2024 deal price for a buyer who wanted a portable 1kWh-class station, LFP chemistry, a substantial inverter and optional solar charging. It suited camping, van trips, remote work, communications equipment and short-duration outage backup.
The base station was the better choice for someone who already owned compatible panels or expected to charge mainly from AC power. The 220W bundle was more useful for camping and outages where grid charging might be unavailable, provided the bundle premium was reasonable and the panel would actually be used.
It is a poor purchase when the listing is close to newer-model pricing, when the seller cannot establish new condition and warranty coverage, or when the buyer expects whole-home backup or long-term operation of heating, cooling or large motor loads.

How the 2024 deal compares with 2026 options
As of August 18, 2026, EcoFlow’s current deals page showed newer products including the DELTA 3, DELTA 3 Plus, DELTA 2 Max, DELTA Pro 3 and DELTA Pro Ultra. The DELTA 2 configurations shown there were sold out.
The page showed the DELTA 3 at $599 member pricing, with $699 displayed as a non-member reference price, and the DELTA 3 Plus at $669 member pricing, with $799 shown as a reference price. Prices, membership terms and availability can change, so these figures are a dated comparison rather than a permanent quote.
That pricing changes the decision. A current DELTA 3-series unit at roughly the same price as a hard-to-find DELTA 2 can be the safer buy because it is a newer generation with current inventory and support. The DELTA 3 Plus may be preferable for buyers who value newer features, including the sub-10ms UPS claim shown on EcoFlow’s deals page. The older DELTA 2 still wins when a legitimate clearance listing is substantially cheaper and its capacity and output meet the buyer’s needs.
Comparable alternatives include the BLUETTI AC180, Anker SOLIX F1200, selected Jackery Explorer models and Renogy power stations. Their current prices were not established here, so compare the exact model’s watt-hours, continuous and surge output, solar-input limits, battery chemistry, warranty and service—not just the brand or headline wattage.
Warranty and condition checks
EcoFlow’s U.S. policy lists a five-year warranty for the DELTA 2. That does not automatically mean the solar panel carries the same warranty; panel coverage can differ by model and market.
Amazon listings can change sellers or show renewed, refurbished, returned or open-box inventory. Before checkout, confirm:
- The exact DELTA 2 model and bundle SKU.
- New versus refurbished or renewed condition.
- The actual seller and whether it is authorized.
- Warranty coverage for both the station and panel.
- The return window and who handles returns.
- Whether registration is required.
- Included cables and accessories.
- Any coupon, Prime, membership or account restrictions.
- Shipping, tax and final checkout price.
Also note EcoFlow’s maintenance guidance: the manual says not to leave the unit uncharged or unused for more than six months. Follow the manual’s charging and operating temperature requirements when storing it for emergencies.
Bottom line
The November 2024 EcoFlow DELTA 2 promotion was a legitimate and unusually deep deal: about $460 for the station or roughly 55% off the DELTA 2 plus 220W panel bundle, according to contemporary coverage. It was not a live offer in 2026. If you find an old-stock DELTA 2, buy only after verifying condition, seller, warranty and final price. If it costs about as much as a current DELTA 3-series model, the newer product is generally the more sensible long-term purchase.
