#1 Best Overall
In its 2024 announcement, Virtue Homes said it had completed more than 200 projects since its founding in 2009. The figure is company-reported and relates to Virtue Homes; it is not independent evidence of a Marathon office or of work completed there. Virtue Homes announcement
What would confirm a Marathon opening?
A reliable announcement or business record would need to identify the builder and give the Marathon office’s address and opening date. To understand what the opening means for prospective customers, it would also need to clarify the company’s service area and what services will be handled from that office. Until those details are confirmed, the Greenville information should not be treated as a Marathon announcement.
