Its October 2026 release rounds that outlook to more than $90 billion and 10% CAGR. These are one commercial publisher’s estimates, not an independently verified market total or an industry-wide consensus.
What the 2030 forecast says
TBRC’s 2026 report page estimates the market at $57.54 billion in 2025 and $63.43 billion in 2026, then forecasts $91.95 billion in 2030. It gives a 9.7% CAGR for 2025–2030. The company’s October 8, 2026 release describes the same outlook in rounded terms: more than $90 billion by 2030, with 10% CAGR. The figures are consistent as a rounded headline and a more precise report-page estimate, but both belong to TBRC’s forecast. TBRC’s 2026 report page; TBRC’s October 8, 2026 release.

CAGR is a smoothed rate across a period, not a claim that the market grows by the same amount every year. It makes forecasts easier to compare, but does not establish the year-by-year path or guarantee the outcome.

How other published estimates compare
Other sources publish materially different totals. Their figures should be kept separate: the available source descriptions do not establish a common market definition or provide enough comparable methodology to reconcile them.

Research and Markets reported its $93.6 billion figure and 6.8% CAGR from a 2023 base in a January 16, 2025 release. Hindcon’s annual report reproduces a $90.51 billion 2024 estimate and a $130.52 billion 2030 estimate at 6.29% CAGR; this is a secondary, historical figure, not an independently verified Hindcon market forecast. These forecasts should not be averaged or treated as interchangeable. A meaningful comparison needs each publisher’s market definition, base year, forecast period, and method; the cited material does not provide enough shared detail to explain the gap. There is also no clearly attributable, independently verifiable government or standards-body market-total statistic among these sources.

- STRONG AND SECURE BONDING — Add as a bonding grout or admixture to cement, concrete, or mortar for increased adhesion and impressive tensile strength
- DURABLE IN THE ELEMENTS — This acrylic concrete fortifier resists damage from repeated freezing and thawing for a more stable bond, reducing the need for upkeep and maintenance
- PERFECT FOR MANY PROJECTS OR JOBS — Simple to use and stores easily for home DIYers and professionals. No dilution is needed, so preparation work is quick
- FORMULATED FOR PERFORMANCE — Made with an acrylic-polymer latex that turns into a hardened concrete with 500 psi bond strength. You get superior reliability and a better overall performance
- VERSATILE AND HIGH QUALITY — Use as a cement bonding adhesive or as an acrylic coating primer for grout. It won't produce a vapor barrier and achieves a denser, tougher surface
Which segments and regions lead TBRC’s outlook?
Concrete admixtures
TBRC’s October 2026 release forecasts concrete admixtures at $28 billion in 2030, or 31% of the market. Its report page breaks this category into water-reducing admixtures, superplasticizers, accelerating admixtures, and retarding admixtures. These are market categories, not recommendations for a specific mix or job; product selection depends on project specifications and supplier guidance. What the market categories cover
TBRC’s segmentation includes concrete admixtures; waterproofing and roofing; repair; flooring; sealants and adhesives; and other types. It also divides demand by end user—commercial, industrial, infrastructure and public places, and residential—and by application, including concrete, waterproofing, repair and rehabilitation, flooring, sealing and bonding, protective coatings, and other applications. The reported market total therefore covers a broad range of construction chemical products and uses, not admixtures alone. TBRC’s category and application breakdown.
What TBRC identifies as growth drivers
TBRC associates market growth with construction expansion, urban infrastructure, ready-mix concrete, demand for durable materials, sustainable infrastructure investment, low-carbon materials, smart-city projects, renovation, and retrofitting. Those are the publisher’s explanations for its forecast, not independently tested causal findings. Whether they translate into the projected market growth depends on project activity, product adoption, and other conditions across regions and segments. TBRC names Sika, Saint-Gobain, BASF, Mapei, Henkel, RPM International, H.B. Fuller, Pidilite, W. R. Grace, and Dow among market participants. Its release estimates that Sika led in 2025 with 2% share and that the top ten collectively held 14%. If accurate, those figures suggest a fragmented market, but they are TBRC’s estimates, not independently confirmed market shares. TBRC’s competitive estimates.

How to read the forecast
- Attribute the headline: say TBRC forecasts the market to exceed $90 billion by 2030, rather than stating the figure as settled fact.
- Keep forecast versions distinct: use $91.95 billion and 9.7% when citing the 2026 report page; use “more than $90 billion” and 10% when describing the release’s rounded headline.
- Preserve the baseline: a CAGR is meaningful only with its stated start and end years. The cited forecasts use different base years.
- Do not blend estimates: without comparable definitions and methods, a midpoint or average would imply precision the sources do not support.
- Separate market scale from project decisions: aggregate forecasts do not establish whether a particular admixture or chemical product meets a project’s technical requirements.
