P3 Logistic Parks describes P3 Gliwice as a logistics park planned in phases. The company says construction has started on the first phase, which is speculative: the development is being built without a tenant commitment identified in the announcement.

Is the facility already BREEAM Excellent certified?
No certification award is reported in the announcement. BREEAM Excellent is the project team’s stated target. Marcin Gajewski, identified as Senior Development Manager, said: “Naszym celem jest uzyskanie certyfikacji BREEAM na poziomie Excellent” (“Our goal is to obtain BREEAM certification at the Excellent level”). P3 Logistic Parks says it acquired the site less than a year before construction began and presents Gliwice as a strategic Upper Silesian location for companies seeking to expand. The announcement does not provide road, rail, port or airport distances or independent data comparing the site with other logistics locations.
