Construction has begun on an $18 million amenity campus at Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch in Parrish, Florida. The planned campus will pair a 17,300-square-foot clubhouse with an adjoining wellness center and outdoor recreation areas; PulteGroup expects it to be complete in 2028.
Where the project fits
The campus is part of Explore by Del Webb North River Ranch, a 901-home community within the master-planned North River Ranch development in Parrish. Business Observer reported the groundbreaking on October 5, 2026, citing a company statement. Residents began arriving earlier in 2026.
Explore by Del Webb is designed for all ages, rather than requiring residents to be 55 or older. Business Observer reports that PulteGroup market research found 40% of potential Del Webb buyers wanted the brand’s active-lifestyle offering without an age requirement. The article does not provide the study date, sample size, or methodology, so the figure should be understood as a result reported by the company through the publication, not as an independently verifiable market statistic.
