BLUETTI’s Elite 300 is a portable LiFePO₄ backup system with a 3,014.4Wh nominal battery, 2,400W of rated AC output, a claimed 4,800W Lifting Mode for compatible resistive loads, and up to 1,200W of solar input. It suits outage backup, RVs, camping and light off-grid work, but its 26.3kg (57.98lb) weight, IP20 enclosure and lack of automatic whole-home integration limit what “portable” means.
BLUETTI previewed the unit at CES on January 5, 2026, then announced its market release on March 9, 2026. The U.S. product page showed approximately $1,099 on sale against a $1,199 list price on August 16, 2026; prices and bundles change, so check the live U.S. buying page.

What BLUETTI announced
The January CES announcement was a preview, not the final retail launch. BLUETTI’s March 9 announcement presented the Elite 300 as a compact 3kWh-class power station for home emergencies, RV travel, road trips and camping. BLUETTI also describes it as the world’s smallest 3kWh portable power station, a claim attributed to the company and its certification partner rather than an independently established industry-wide comparison.

Ports and RV connections
- 120V AC output rated to 2,400W.
- One 12V/30A DC output and one 12V/10A cigarette-lighter output. Their combined limits require attention to the manual’s ratings.
- Two USB-A ports with 15W total output.
- One 100W USB-C port and one 140W USB-C port.
- XT60-F DC input for solar and compatible charging sources.
- Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for app monitoring and control.
- A TT-30 RV connection for compatible 30A recreational-vehicle loads.
A TT-30 outlet does not make every RV circuit automatically safe or compatible. Do not backfeed a house or RV through an improvised connection, and use cables rated for the load.

Solar charging: what is and is not included
The Elite 300 is solar-compatible; the base power station is not automatically supplied with a solar panel. BLUETTI lists configurations with one 350W panel, two 200W panels and charging accessories on its U.S. store page.
The 1,200W figure is an input maximum, not a guaranteed charging rate. Panels must stay within the Elite 300’s permitted voltage and current range; a combined wattage below 1,200W alone is not enough. Sun angle, shading, temperature, wiring and panel ratings determine actual output.

What it can realistically power
Theoretical runtime is capacity divided by load. Actual AC runtime is shorter because of conversion losses, reserve capacity, temperature and the station’s own consumption.

| 500W | About 6 hours | Useful for moderate mixed loads |
| 1,000W | About 3 hours | High-load backup with meaningful battery drain |
| 2,000W | About 1.5 hours | Near the rated output; losses and startup demands reduce this |
Good matches
- Routers, lights, phones, laptops and communications equipment.
- Refrigerators, provided compressor startup and cycling are within the inverter’s capabilities.
- Microwaves or kettles used individually when their rating fits below 2,400W.
Loads requiring caution
- Space heaters consume energy rapidly and are poor long-duration backup loads.
- Well pumps, air conditioners, compressors, power tools and other motors can exceed their running wattage at startup.
- A whole-home panel is not a plug-and-play connection. Use a properly designed transfer-switch installation if panel backup is required.
UPS use during outages
The 10ms switchover can support many routers, workstations, security systems and aquariums. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation for every computer, server, medical device, motor controller or sensitive power supply, and it is not necessarily equivalent to an online double-conversion UPS. Test the exact equipment before relying on it.
Portability, placement and weather limits
The enclosure is compact for a 3kWh station, but nearly 58lb is substantial. Plan where it will be stored in an RV or vehicle, whether one person can safely lift it up stairs, and how ventilation will be maintained around the unit. Keep it dry: the manual identifies IP20 protection, so the Elite 300 is not rainproof or suitable for exposed outdoor operation. Follow the manual’s separate charging and discharging temperature limits, and use its storage guidance rather than leaving the battery indefinitely at 0% or 100%.

Price and configurations
In the U.S. snapshot from August 16, 2026, the base unit was about $1,099 sale/$1,199 list. The same page showed approximately $1,499/$1,649 for a 350W-panel bundle and $1,449/$1,599 for a Charger 2 bundle. A two-200W-panel configuration appeared around $1,549–$1,699 depending on variant and promotion. These are date-sensitive figures, not permanent prices; verify the live listing before purchase.
Who should buy the Elite 300?
Strong fit
- RV owners needing substantial capacity, TT-30 and 12V/30A connections.
- Households prioritizing refrigeration, networking, lighting and small appliances during outages.
- Campers and van users with a suitably designed solar array.
- Buyers who value high solar input, LFP chemistry, app monitoring and a built-in UPS more than low weight.
Consider another solution
- Backpackers and frequent hand-carry users should choose a much lighter, smaller station.
- Anyone expecting rainproof operation should choose an appropriately protected product.
- Long-duration heating, air-conditioning or electric-water-heating users need more stored energy or another system design.
- Automatic whole-home backup calls for a permanently installed battery, transfer equipment and professional electrical work.
- Buyers who need direct battery expansion should compare larger modular systems; the Elite 300 is primarily presented as a self-contained 3kWh station, and the available material does not establish equivalent expansion capability.
Safety and setup checks
- Confirm your model’s regional voltage, frequency, port ratings and firmware.
- Calculate running and startup wattage for motors, compressors and heating appliances.
- Check every solar array’s voltage and current against the manual before connecting it.
- Place the station indoors or under reliable weather protection with ventilation and dry connections.
- Use properly rated cords, avoid daisy-chaining high loads and never backfeed a building or RV.
- Test UPS equipment and critical appliances before an outage.
Verdict
The Elite 300 is a strong compact 3kWh option when you need 2,400W output, RV connectivity, fast potential solar charging and app-controlled LFP storage. Its trade-offs are decisive: 58lb portability, extra cost for panels, IP20 weather protection, finite runtime for high-wattage loads and no automatic whole-home installation. Buy the configuration that matches your solar or vehicle-charging plan, and treat it as a portable backup station—not a complete solar home system.
