Its 0.1 L dirt bin and manufacturer-rated runtime of up to 12 minutes make it better suited, by inference from those specifications, to spot cleaning than to replacing a full-size vacuum. BISSELL lists the included tools and charging details, but accessible sources do not establish independent pickup performance.
What the BISSELL AeroSlim is
Model 29869 is a 7.4 V rechargeable handheld vacuum weighing 1.37 lb, according to BISSELL’s US product specifications. It uses two-stage filtration and has a 0.1 L dirt bin. BISSELL describes it as a tool for quick pickups in cars, homes, and offices, particularly in crevices and other hard-to-reach places. BISSELL AeroSlim product specifications.
The small bin and short stated runtime point to an occasional-cleanup role rather than whole-room or whole-home vacuuming. That is an inference from the listed specifications, not a tested performance finding.
How long does the BISSELL AeroSlim handheld vacuum run?
BISSELL specifies up to 12 minutes of cordless runtime and a charging time of 2.5–3.5 hours. Runtime may vary with use. The manufacturer does not state a runtime under a specified debris load or test condition on the cited product page, so treat 12 minutes as an upper-bound product claim rather than a guaranteed duration for every cleanup. Charging is over USB, and a USB cable is included; the cited listing does not establish a charge time for every power source.

Who should consider the AeroSlim?
- A reasonable fit: someone who wants a small, cordless tool for quick, localized cleanups and values a light handheld form with a crevice-and-brush accessory.
- Think twice: anyone who needs longer uninterrupted cleaning, a larger dirt capacity, or verified performance on specific debris. The listed runtime and bin size are limiting factors, and the available evidence does not answer those performance questions.
- Not a demonstrated replacement: BISSELL presents the vacuum for quick pickups; the available specifications and evidence do not support treating it as a substitute for a full-size vacuum.
Verdict
The BISSELL AeroSlim 29869 is a compact convenience vacuum whose appeal is its light weight, cordless operation, and included detail tool. Its 0.1 L bin and up-to-12-minute stated runtime narrow its role to brief spot cleaning. It may suit a buyer who wants that specific convenience, but the accessible evidence is not enough to recommend it for demanding or sustained cleaning.
