For safety training, onboarding, plan-room annotation, and workshops, prioritize touch accuracy, pen feel, whiteboard export, screen sharing, durability, mounting, and the ability to connect an external computer.

Match screen size to the room

• 55 inches: Often suitable for a small room or limited viewing distance.
• 65 to 75 inches: The most versatile range for meeting rooms, training rooms, and project offices.
• 86 inches: Better for larger rooms, but substantially heavier and more demanding to install.

Size alone does not tell you whether small text on a drawing will be readable. Test the actual viewing distance, brightness, glare, touch response, and camera framing.
