The measurements and ratings below come from the named retailer or manufacturer listings. They describe these specific fixtures, not the wider market. Availability and prices are not established here.

Choose a fixture by room scale and shape
For a larger woven focal point
The 30-inch Frankie and Cestino have the largest stated diameters in this comparison. Their similar width does not make them interchangeable: the Frankie has four E26 sockets and cannot be mounted on a sloped ceiling, while the Cestino has five E12 sockets and a listed hanging weight of 16.06 pounds. Verify that the diameter suits the room and any furniture below it, and confirm that the ceiling and mounting point can accommodate the chosen fixture.
For a smaller footprint
The Hollace is 22.5 inches across, with a 20-inch body, while the Vannerie is a compact 12-by-12-inch pendant that is 16 inches tall. These are useful size contrasts, but room suitability still depends on ceiling height, placement and the visual effect you want; the listings do not establish a universal sizing rule.

Check hanging height and ceiling compatibility
Overall hanging measurements can help determine whether a fixture can be positioned appropriately, but listings may describe different measurements: the Hollace specifies hanging length, while the Frankie and Cestino list overall height. Compare those figures with the fixture’s exact installation instructions rather than assuming they are measured identically.
Sloped ceilings are a decisive constraint. Pottery Barn lists the Hollace as compatible with a sloped ceiling; West Elm explicitly says the Frankie cannot be hung from one. The cited Maxim listings give dry-location ratings, but the information here does not establish sloped-ceiling compatibility for either model. Confirm with the manufacturer before choosing a mounting method.

Match the bulb base and wattage
These fixtures do not share one universal bulb type. The Hollace and Cestino use E12 sockets; the Frankie and Vannerie use E26 sockets. Check the base, bulb type and wattage limit for the precise model before purchasing bulbs or replacements. The Frankie listing specifies a 9W LED equivalent alongside its 60W incandescent specification; the Hollace permits an LED equivalent to its 60W Type B candelabra bulb specification. Do not assume that wording applies to other fixtures.
Understand location ratings and installation needs
The cited examples are specified for dry or limited indoor use—not as general-purpose outdoor fixtures. The Hollace listing allows indoor areas that are typically dry or may experience temporary dampness; the Frankie, Cestino and Vannerie are listed as dry-rated or for dry locations. Do not infer that a fixture is suitable for a porch, bathroom or other damp setting unless its own rating and instructions say so.

For hardwired models, follow the product’s installation instructions and consult a qualified electrician. Pottery Barn and West Elm recommend professional installation for the Hollace and Frankie, respectively. Maxim’s Vannerie specification says, “Always consult a qualified electrician before installing any lighting product.” Check the exact fixture’s mounting hardware and weight requirements rather than treating installation details from another model as applicable.

Care instructions also differ by model. Pottery Barn recommends dusting the Hollace with a soft, dry cloth and cautions against household cleaners and abrasives.
