Check fit before choosing capacity
Cubic-foot capacity is a rough indication of interior volume, not a promise that a particular plate will fit. Measure the counter area, including the clearance the manufacturer requires for ventilation, and check the microwave’s exterior width, depth and height. Then compare its turntable diameter with the dishes you use most.

- For more adjustment: check the number of power levels and how defrost is selected.

- For shared kitchens: check whether the model has a child lock and how it is activated.
Verify the real cost and exact product
“Under $100” is a shopping constraint, not a permanent product attribute.
