Start by identifying your Aroma360 model and whether it is standalone, HVAC-connected or app-controlled; controls and cleaning directions differ between models. Then check power and settings, oil-bottle installation, and—on HVAC systems—airflow. Aroma360 diffusers use waterless cold-air diffusion, so a visible mist is not a reliable sign that the unit is working.
Identify your Aroma360 model first
Find the model name on the unit or order record before changing settings or opening the oil compartment. Aroma360’s product pages describe different controls and configurations; use the guide for your exact model rather than assuming buttons, bottle arrangements or reset methods are interchangeable.

If the diffuser will not turn on or run on schedule
- Check the power connection. Confirm the adapter is connected and the unit is switched on. On DaVinci360, use the silver button on the bottom; other models may have different controls.
- Check the operating schedule. Confirm the clock, active periods and intensity settings on models with timers. A schedule that is inactive at the current time can look like a fault.
- For DaVinci 2.0, check the app settings. Connect through the A360 Diffuser app and verify diffusion is enabled and the schedule and intensity are set as intended.
If the unit still does not operate, use its model-specific troubleshooting guide or contact Aroma360 support. The available product information does not establish one reset sequence that applies across all models.

If there is little or no scent
- Check whether the oil bottle or reservoir is empty.
- Confirm the bottle is straight and securely fitted to the atomizer. Do not overfill it; incorrect seating can cause leakage.
- Review the schedule and intensity. A low setting or inactive period may reduce or stop diffusion.
- If the unit is connected to HVAC, make sure the system is moving air. The HVAC fan needs to be on to distribute fragrance.
These checks do not guarantee a repair. If the unit still does not scent after you verify the oil, settings and airflow, consult the guide for your model.
If oil is leaking
- Turn the unit off before inspecting it. Do not open or handle the oil compartment while it is running.
- Check the bottle fit. Make sure it is aligned straight and fully secured to the nozzle or atomizer, and that it has not been overfilled.
- Keep the diffuser upright. Aroma360 warns that operating or storing a unit at an angle or horizontally with its oil canister installed can let oil damage internal mechanics.
If oil has reached internal components, stop using the diffuser and contact support or follow the manufacturer’s guidance. Aroma360’s published information does not provide a universal user repair procedure for internal oil damage.
How to clean the diffuser and change fragrance
Aroma360’s current diffuser collection FAQ recommends cleaning every 60 days with isopropyl alcohol to prevent buildup and maintain atomization. The FAQ does not specify a universal amount, run time or disassembly method; follow the instruction manual for your exact model for those steps.

Power off or unplug the diffuser before accessing the oil compartment. The DaVinci360 instructions specifically say to do this before handling the compartment. For model-specific instructions, start with the DaVinci360 or VanGogh360 product page and its linked manual.
If an HVAC-connected diffuser is not scenting the room
Apply these checks only to an HVAC-compatible model and installation. Confirm the diffuser and tubing are installed according to that model’s instructions, then check that the HVAC system is circulating air. Aroma360 says its HVAC diffuser requires the fan to be on; its regional FAQ suggests setting the fan to ON rather than AUTO in cool weather.
If you are unsure about a duct connection, get qualified HVAC help instead of improvising an installation. Aroma360’s guidance about fan settings is specific to HVAC diffusion, not standalone units.

If the app or controls are not responding
For DaVinci 2.0, check that you are using the A360 Diffuser app and that Bluetooth connection and the app’s on/off, intensity and schedule settings are correct. The available product information does not document a complete app reset or firmware-recovery procedure, so use the current model guide or contact support rather than trying an unverified reset.
When to contact Aroma360
Escalate the issue if basic checks do not resolve it, a leak may have reached internal components, or the fault appears to require disassembly or repair. Aroma360 product pages link model troubleshooting guides and instruction manuals. Its UAE customer service page provides support for existing diffuser issues and a support-ticket route, with a stated 24–48-hour response window and UAE-specific contact details; check the support page for your region rather than applying those details elsewhere. Warranty terms may depend on region. Aroma360’s Philippines FAQ says using oils other than Aroma360 oils voids the warranty; check the warranty that applies to your location before using another oil.
