How to choose the right deal for your yard
Start with the job, then compare the complete setup—not just the headline price. A bundled tool can be a better value for a first-time buyer, while a bare tool may make sense if it fits a battery system you already use.

- Trim lawn edges: Look at string trimmers and whether the model converts to an edger.
- Clear leaves: Compare blower specifications and whether batteries and a charger are included.
- Cut branches or prune trees: Check chainsaw size, voltage, and battery-platform compatibility. For a bare tool, account for the battery and charger if you need them.
- Shape shrubs: Compare hedge trimmers or loppers to the size and type of growth you need to manage.
- Clean outdoor surfaces: Check pressure, power source, and intended use. The reported Greenworks model is corded electric.
Before checkout, verify the exact model, included components, current price, availability, and whether a battery is compatible with equipment you already own. Corded tools avoid battery-platform questions but require access to power; cordless tools offer mobility but their kit contents and platform matter.
