Alex Da Kid’s estate at 9126 Cordell Drive in Los Angeles is listed for $85 million, according to its current Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California listing. The five-story, 23,894-square-foot property includes a four-bedroom main residence and a separate five-bedroom guest home; it is also offered for lease at $12,000 per month.
What is listed, and for how much?
Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California lists 9126 Cordell Drive for $85,000,000 and separately advertises it for lease at $12,000 per month. These are current asking terms, not evidence of a completed sale or lease; listing prices and availability can change. View the current listing.
A Wall Street Journal social post describes a pair of Los Angeles mansions hitting the market for $85 million, but the available information does not establish whether that figure refers to a combined offering or this individual property. The Christie’s page identifies this Cordell Drive estate at that asking price, so the two-property description should not be read as proof that the $85 million covers both.
How is the property laid out?
The listing gives the estate a total of 23,894 square feet on a 0.29-acre lot. Its five-story main residence has four bedrooms, while a separate guest home has five. The distinction matters: the listed bedroom count for the primary house is not the same as the bedroom count across the full property. Christie’s credits the architecture to Paul McClean and describes the project as a fourteen-year creative journey developed in collaboration with Grammy-nominated producer Alex Da Kid and interior designer Jeff Corney.

What amenities have been reported?
A January 26, 2026, WestsideToday report describes an extensive set of leisure and wellness spaces. These are reported features, not a complete specification confirmed here against the current listing:
- Entertainment: a roughly 40-seat theater, nightclub, game lounge and two-lane bowling alley.
- Recreation: eight pools and a half basketball court.
- Wellness: a gym, massage room, sauna, hot and cold plunges, and cryotherapy facilities.

The combination spans private entertainment, exercise and recovery facilities. The reported amenity list should not be treated as exhaustive or as a substitute for confirming what is included in the current sale or lease offering.

What is established about the price and the property?
The available listing and reports establish the asking price, lease offer and stated physical specifications, but provide no verified comparable-property analysis or market benchmark. Amenities alone do not establish market value. The Wall Street Journal’s social post attributes this comment to Alex Da Kid: “I think we’re beyond the days of it being taboo to enjoy pleasure.” The accessible post does not provide enough context to establish more about the quotation.
