How many people can the Elouera sleep?
Tiny Solar Homes lists the model as “Sleeps 4 – 6” on its official model page. New Atlas’s April 7, 2025 feature describes two loft beds, each able to accommodate a queen, plus a living-room sofa bed for two. That accounts for four to six sleeping places only if both queen beds are shared; the feature does not explain a separate configuration for six occupants, so ask the builder how its stated capacity applies to the version being quoted.
How is the home arranged inside?
New Atlas reports an interior length of 9 m, built on a triple-axle trailer base with an aluminum frame and finish. Sliding glass doors open toward an optional covered porch, connecting the main living space with the outdoors. The feature describes generous glazing and a high ceiling in the living room, where the sofa bed, television and built-in speakers are located.
Two loft bedrooms
The bedrooms sit at opposite ends of the home. Both are lofts with low ceilings and room for a queen bed. An integrated storage staircase leads to an upper hallway between them. The arrangement gives the model two distinct sleeping areas, but prospective buyers should check loft headroom, staircase dimensions and access against their household’s needs.
Kitchen and bathroom
The reported kitchen has stone countertops, a breakfast bar for two, an oven, a four-burner propane stove, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. Air conditioning is described as integrated. The bathroom is reported to include a vanity, shower, flushing toilet, louver-style windows and a washer/dryer. New Atlas also notes composting and incinerating toilet upgrades as extra-cost options. These are details from the 2025 feature, not a guarantee of the current specification; confirm appliances, fuel, fixtures and options with Tiny Solar Homes.
What does “off-grid” mean for Elouera?
New Atlas reports roof-mounted solar panels feeding an inverter and batteries, which store power for use after dark or in poor weather. It also says battery capacity can be increased. The feature does not state Elouera’s standard panel wattage, battery chemistry or usable capacity, inverter brand, generator integration, or expected autonomy. Solar and batteries therefore describe the reported power arrangement, not a guarantee of uninterrupted electricity for every load or weather condition.
Tiny Solar Homes’ prices, models and inclusions page advertises an integrated system example with 10.2 kWh of battery storage, a 6 kW inverter and 3.5 kW of roof panels, plus an aluminum enclosure, generator plug, monitoring app and remote troubleshooting. The page does not establish that this setup is standard on Elouera or that it matches the model described by New Atlas. Treat it as a builder-advertised offering to discuss, not a confirmed Elouera specification.
What is known about the price?
No current Elouera price is confirmed in the available material. New Atlas reported no price, and the builder’s accessible pricing and inclusions page does not show a readable Elouera price. Request a current written quote that separates the base model from options and states what is included in the home, solar system, transport and installation.
