The right pole saw replacement part depends first on whether your tool is manual or powered: a manual pole saw takes a toothed blade, while a powered pole saw uses a guide bar and chain. Neither type has a universal replacement. Match the part to the saw’s exact make and model; for a powered saw, also verify bar length, chain pitch, gauge, and drive-link count. Length alone does not establish compatibility.
Identify your pole saw and its replacement part
Start with the tool’s brand and exact model number, not just its advertised reach or cutting capacity. Look for the model label on the tool or in its manual. Then use the manufacturer’s manual or parts lookup to find the approved replacement part. A product listed for one model family may not fit another, even if the tools look similar.
“Blade” can mean different things in product listings. A manual pole saw has a toothed saw blade; a powered pole saw cuts with a chain running around a guide bar. Confirm which system your tool uses before ordering.
Choosing a replacement blade for a manual pole saw
For a manual saw, check the compatible tool model, blade length and shape, and how the blade attaches. Hooked and straight blades are not interchangeable by length alone; the mounting interface must also match.

Milwaukee 48-22-9387
Milwaukee Tool describes the 48-22-9387 as a 13-inch replacement blade designed for its 16-foot Pole Saw & Pruner, model 48-22-9375. Milwaukee says the blade has quadruple-ground teeth and a hollow-ground design, which it describes as helping reduce binding. Husqvarna 546356305
Husqvarna lists the 546356305 as a 13-inch manual pole saw blade for its modular manual pole saw system. Confirm that your tool belongs to that system before ordering; the blade length by itself does not establish fit. Check Husqvarna’s blade listing.

Use the manufacturer’s specification for the exact saw or chain-bar combination. Match all four chain dimensions: bar length, pitch, gauge, and number of drive links. Pitch describes the spacing of the chain’s drive links; gauge is the thickness of the drive links that fit into the bar groove. A chain with the right length but a different pitch or gauge is not a confirmed fit.

SKIL lists the SCN0800 as an 8-inch replacement chain for its PWR CORE 20 8-inch saws, including pole saw model PS4563B-10. Its listed specifications are 3/8-inch low-profile pitch, .043-inch gauge, and 33 drive links. Check the compatibility information for your exact saw before ordering. View SKIL’s chain listing.
Greenworks 2905402
Greenworks lists the 2905402 as an 8-inch chain with 3/8-inch pitch, .050-inch gauge, and 33 drive links. The listing names multiple compatible Greenworks models and products, so use its compatibility table to confirm your exact model. Although this chain and the SKIL example share an 8-inch length, their listed gauges differ; that is why matching length alone is insufficient. Check Greenworks’ compatibility listing.
