Rewild Homes’ Dove is reported to be 30 feet long and 10 feet wide, with a single-floor layout designed to fit the main living spaces without relying on a primary sleeping loft. New Atlas describes a living room, full kitchen, bathroom and ground-level bedroom, plus a small loft used for storage. The report provides a room tour, but no measured floor-area comparison or independent test.
What the Dove’s extra width changes
New Atlas reports that the Dove sits on a triple-axle trailer and measures 30 feet long by 10 feet wide. The wider footprint is presented as a way to create a more house-like interior, but the article does not give a square-footage figure or compare usable area against a narrower model. The dimensions and features below are therefore reported specifications, not independently verified measurements.
The key planning choice is to put the bedroom on the main floor. New Atlas describes the home as sleeping up to two people, with the extra width helping accommodate ordinary living functions in one level rather than assigning the primary sleeping area to a loft.
How the rooms connect
As described by New Atlas, the route runs from the living room into the kitchen, then through the bathroom and into the bedroom. That sequence places the bathroom between the kitchen and bedroom. A small loft above the bathroom is accessed from the bedroom and is described as storage, not a second bedroom.

Living room
Large double glass doors open into a living area with room for a sofa and an entertainment center, according to the report. The source does not provide room dimensions or furniture measurements.
Kitchen and dining
The reported kitchen includes a sink, oven, four-burner propane stove, full-sized refrigerator/freezer, cabinetry and butcher-block counters. A breakfast bar provides dining space for up to two. These details suggest a layout focused on keeping cooking and eating functions together, though no dimensions are provided to assess counter or aisle clearances.

Bathroom
A barn-style sliding door connects the kitchen to the bathroom. New Atlas lists a large glass-enclosed shower, sink and composting toilet, along with storage and space for a washer/dryer installation. The report does not identify the toilet’s brand or model, or say that a washer and dryer are installed.
Ground-floor bedroom and storage loft
A second sliding door leads from the bathroom to the bedroom. The article says the room can fit a queen-sized bed and storage, with enough headroom to stand upright. From the bedroom, a small loft above the bathroom offers additional storage; it is not presented as a second sleeping room.

The Dove’s arrangement can be assessed against another tiny home by looking at the specific functions it puts on the main floor, rather than treating width alone as proof of greater usable space.
- Sleeping and access: the reported bedroom is on the ground floor, rather than being the primary sleeping space in a ladder-access loft.
- Everyday functions: the report lists a full kitchen, two-person breakfast bar, bathroom fixtures, bedroom storage and a living area.
- Space evidence: the source gives exterior dimensions but no measured interior area, aisle widths, or controlled comparison with a narrower home.
- Transport: New Atlas says the 10-foot width requires a permit to tow on a public road. That is the article’s claim, not universal legal advice; requirements depend on the route and jurisdiction, so confirm local rules before transport.
Price and availability are not established
New Atlas reported that the Dove had already been delivered to its owner and did not report its price. The article also mentions a similar Rewild Homes model, the Thicket, starting at around CAD 160,000 (roughly US$115,000), but that is not a price for the Dove. Current Dove availability and pricing are not established by the available report.

Source and reporting limits
The measurements, layout and fixture descriptions in this article come from Adam Williams’ New Atlas report, published January 17, 2026: “Tiny house goes extra-wide for full-time small living on one level.” No official Dove plan or specification sheet is cited there. Williams describes it as “a spacious single-floor interior that sleeps up to two people in comfort”; this is the reporter’s characterization, not an independently measured performance finding.
