Lil Wayne’s former Miami Beach home was a seven-bedroom waterfront property on Allison Island, with 22-foot ceilings, a pool, a cabana and a movie theater. The roughly $29 million figure refers to its 2022 asking price: the house was listed at $29.5 million, sold for $22.583 million in 2023, then changed hands again for $33.25 million in March 2026.

Where the mansion is and what the asking price meant

The property is at 6480 Allison Road on Allison Island in Miami Beach. Lil Wayne bought it in 2018 for $16.75 million, according to Realtor.com. In September 2022, he listed it for $29.5 million; the asking price was later reduced to $28 million. It sold in February 2023 for $22.583 million. The Miami Herald reported that the property sold again in March 2026 for $33.25 million.

Event Reported price Source
Purchase, 2018 $16.75 million Realtor.com
Initial listing, September 2022 $29.5 million Realtor.com and Los Angeles Times
Reduced asking price, 2022 $28 million Realtor.com
Sale, February 2023 $22.583 million Realtor.com
Resale, March 2026 $33.25 million Miami Herald

Those figures describe different points in the home’s history: the title’s approximate $29 million is its earlier asking price, not its 2023 sale price or its 2026 resale price.

How the house is laid out

The Los Angeles Times described a half-acre property with 110 feet of waterfront. The home was reported to have seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, with 22-foot ceilings and a minimalist interior. Choeff Levy Fischman is identified as the design firm by Realtor.com.

The reported square footage varies by publication. Realtor.com described the house as 10,278 square feet in 2023, while the Miami Herald reported 10,632 square feet in 2026. These are separate published figures; the available accounts do not reconcile the difference.

Inside: a dramatic entry and theater

A floating walkway leads across the water toward the home’s wood-and-glass exterior, according to the Los Angeles Times. Inside, tall ceilings and a mahogany-clad entryway establish the home’s scale and materials. The Miami Herald’s 2022 description also singled out the movie theater, whose walls were covered in suede.

The house was reported to include a wine cellar and an elevator, alongside the theater. The primary suite had its own private terrace, providing a more secluded outdoor space within the larger waterfront property.

Pool, cabana and waterfront living

Sliding doors connect the interior to the outdoor areas, including a patio and dining spaces facing the pool and water. The property also had a cabana and a private dock. Together with the reported 110 feet of waterfront, these features made the grounds a central part of the home’s design rather than an afterthought.
