Star Estate reported annual sales of more than ₹10,000 crore for FY 2025–26, following approximately ₹7,000 crore in FY 2024–25. The figure is a company-reported sales milestone—not a valuation of the business or a measure of Vijay Jain’s personal wealth. A profile identifies Jain as Star Estate’s founder, and a 2026 report names him as its managing director.
What the ₹10,000-crore figure represents
Business Review Live reported on August 5, 2026, that Star Estate said its annual sales exceeded ₹10,000 crore in FY 2025–26. The outlet also reported the company’s previous-year sales at ₹7,000 crore. These are figures attributed to Star Estate; the reporting does not establish them through independently audited accounts. Business Review Live
Star Estate’s own April 2025 post had described approximately ₹7,000 crore in sales for FY 2024–25 and set a target of ₹10,000 crore-plus gross sales for FY 2025–26. The later report presents that target as exceeded, according to the company. Star Estate’s 2025 company post
| Period | Reported sales | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| FY 2024–25 | Approximately ₹7,000 crore | Star Estate’s own 2025 post; company-reported. |
| FY 2025–26 | More than ₹10,000 crore | Attributed to Star Estate in Business Review Live’s August 5, 2026 report; not independently audited in the cited reporting. |
“Sales” should not be read as company profit, enterprise value, or the value of property owned by Jain. The available reporting describes the figure as annual sales and does not provide a detailed accounting definition or audited financial statements.

Who Vijay Jain is—and what is known about his beginnings
Times of Entrepreneurs describes Jain as Star Estate’s founder and says his entrepreneurial journey began in Agra, with the company founded in 2012. Business Review Live identifies him as the company’s managing director. The profile offers little verifiable detail about his early financial circumstances, family, education, or work before Star Estate, so the phrase “modest beginnings” cannot be substantiated from these accounts. A large sales figure can indicate the scale a company reports, but it does not by itself establish that a particular project is sound, fairly priced, or suitable for a buyer. Jain told Business Review Live that buyers spend more time evaluating projects; that is his observation as a company executive, not a measured consumer trend. For an individual purchase, assess the property and developer directly rather than treating a consultancy’s sales milestone as proof of project quality.

- Pricing: Compare the total cost, including charges beyond the quoted base price, with similar properties in the area.
- Location and connectivity: Check access to work, services, transport, and the amenities relevant to your household.
- Construction quality and living experience: Where possible, inspect completed work, specifications, and the practical layout—not only marketing material.
- Project execution: Review the construction status and stated schedule, and consider what evidence supports delivery expectations.
- Developer delivery record: Look into the developer’s past projects and whether promised timelines and specifications were met.
- Documentation: Read the relevant project and transaction documents carefully and seek qualified legal or financial advice where needed.
Business Review Live names pricing, location, construction quality, connectivity, living experience, project execution, and developer delivery record among factors buyers consider. Its list is useful as a set of questions, not proof that any one advisory firm has independently verified those factors for a specific property.
