The company reports 3,000 metric tons per day of clinker capacity, while a rating-agency report puts its annual cement capacity at approximately 1.0 million metric tons; those figures describe different products and cannot be compared directly.
What does Fecto Cement Limited do?
Fecto Cement produces and sells ordinary Portland cement. That is the principal activity identified in its FY2025 annual report and Pakistan Stock Exchange profile. The evidence cited here does not establish that Fecto Cement itself manufactures other construction materials or products associated with the broader Fecto Group.

The company is incorporated in Pakistan and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange under the symbol FECTC. It was incorporated on 28 February 1981. The PSX issuer profile identifies the listed company and its business.
Where is Fecto Cement located?
Its manufacturing facility is at Sangjani Village, Islamabad, according to the FY2025 annual report. The company’s registered office is in Karachi; the PSX profile also lists a marketing office in Rawalpindi. These are separate locations serving different functions, so the plant address should not be confused with the registered office.

What is Fecto Cement’s production capacity?
Capacity figures need to be read by output type and time period. Clinker is an intermediate material used to make cement; a daily clinker figure is not the same measure as annual cement capacity.

The plant was commissioned in 1988, and the 2023 upgrade refers specifically to clinker capacity. Utilisation percentages are reported separately for clinker and cement; they are not actual output tonnages. The company’s FY2025 briefing also says it serves domestic and export markets, including Afghanistan, but does not establish current export volumes, customers or market share.

Who owns or runs Fecto Cement?
The PSX issuer profile names Mohammed Yasin Fecto as chief executive officer, Jamil Ahmed Khan as chairperson and Tariq Iqbal as company secretary. These roles identify the named executives and officeholders; they do not, by themselves, establish the company’s ownership structure or the identities of its shareholders. Leadership listings can change, so consult the live PSX profile for current information.

The PSX issuer profile displays figures for the fiscal year ended June 2026: sales of PKR 12,495,270 thousand, profit after tax of PKR 663,362 thousand, and earnings per share (EPS) of PKR 13.22. The exchange cautions that its comparable financial presentation may differ from issuer-reported data; use the company’s audited FY2026 report for final accounting detail.

In a results filing dated 17 August 2026, the company said its board recommended a cash dividend of PKR 4 per share. That is a recommendation, not confirmation of subsequent shareholder approval or payment. The PSX profile also displays a continuing listing-rule violation warning that carries suspension or delisting risk. The profile extract does not identify the underlying violation, so its cause and current status should not be inferred from the warning alone.
