Cardi B’s best-documented reported properties are a Buckhead estate in Atlanta, a large home in Tenafly, New Jersey, that she described as her New York home, and a villa in Las Terrenas in the Dominican Republic. Reporting also covers a house she bought for her mother and a Los Angeles home whose later status is unclear. These are not all confirmed current holdings: available accounts do not establish title ownership for every property or a complete portfolio as of 2026.

The reported properties at a glance

Property Reported connection and date Reported size and features What is known about current status
Buckhead, Atlanta Purchased with Offset in 2019; Architectural Digest reports a $5.8 million purchase price. About 22,000 square feet, five bedrooms, and extensive amenities. Published bathroom counts differ. Cardi said in July 2024 that they were not selling it. That statement is not a current title record.
Tenafly, New Jersey Added to the couple’s portfolio in 2021; Cardi described it as a home in New York. About 13,000 square feet, nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms; reported theater, pool, and tennis court. Reported as a home she and Offset added, but the available reporting does not establish current ownership.
Las Terrenas, Dominican Republic Reported as an Offset birthday gift in 2021. A six-bedroom villa with seven and a half bathrooms, two pools, and Caribbean views; Architectural Digest reported a $1.49 million value. Cardi described wanting to invest in short-term rental properties, but that does not establish current ownership or rental availability.
House for Cardi’s mother Cardi bought it for her mother in 2018. Three stories, with a finished-basement gym and a large kitchen. A family home bought for her mother, not evidence of a residence Cardi owns or occupies.
Los Angeles home Reportedly went on the market in 2023. Size and features are not stated in the cited account. Whether it sold or who owns it now is unclear.

Atlanta: the Buckhead estate bought with Offset

Architectural Digest reported that Cardi B and then-partner Offset bought a 22,000-square-foot Buckhead estate in 2019 for $5.8 million. The publication describes five bedrooms, marble bathrooms and fireplaces, a private study, a basement bar, and a wine cellar. Architectural Digest’s property overview gives 11 bathrooms; The Independent, relaying Realtor.com details, lists five bedrooms and seven full bathrooms plus fractional bathrooms. Because the published counts differ, it is safer to describe the home’s scale without treating one bathroom count as settled. The Independent’s account also reports the estate’s size.

In a July 29, 2024 post, Cardi publicly rejected rumors that the home was being foreclosed on or sold. iHeart reproduced her statement: “me and offset bought that house in 2019 for 5 million now it’s worth 7” and “we not selling it.” Those figures were Cardi’s claims, not an independent valuation, and her reported $5 million purchase price differs from Architectural Digest’s $5.8 million figure. Her statement expressed her position at that time; it does not establish the home’s present title status. iHeart’s report reproduces the post.

Architectural Digest later reported that Cardi had spoken negatively about Atlanta, quoting her Instagram Live comments that she had no friends or family there and “just don’t like Atlanta.” The article also noted that Zillow showed no listing since 2019 at the time of its March 2025 report. That historical check does not determine whether the property is listed now.

Tenafly: the New Jersey home she called her New York house

In 2021, Cardi announced that she and Offset had added a home in New York, writing, “Me and my husband have always dreamed of having a crib in NY, and we have decided to add to our portfolio of homes.” Architectural Digest reports that the estate is actually in Tenafly, New Jersey, across the river from New York City. The useful distinction is that “New York” was Cardi’s description, while Tenafly is the reported location.

The estate is reported to be about 13,000 square feet, with nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms, plus a movie theater, pool, and tennis court. The announcement and property details are covered in Architectural Digest’s overview. The reporting describes the couple adding the home in 2021; it does not verify current title ownership.

Las Terrenas: the Dominican Republic birthday gift

Architectural Digest and The Independent reported that Offset gave Cardi a Las Terrenas property for her 29th birthday in 2021. Architectural Digest valued it at $1.49 million and described a six-bedroom villa with seven and a half bathrooms, two pools, and Caribbean views. Those are reported figures and features, not a current valuation or proof of present ownership. Architectural Digest’s report on the villa and The Independent’s property coverage describe the gift.

Cardi said she had wanted to invest in short-term rental homes in the Dominican Republic and other Caribbean countries. That explains the investment idea behind the gift, but does not show that this villa is currently operated as a rental or available to book.

Two properties that need a different label

The house bought for her mother

In 2018, Cardi bought her mother a three-story home with a finished-basement gym and a large kitchen, according to Architectural Digest. Cardi described being happy that her daughter would visit her grandmother there. It belongs in a family-property history, not in a count of Cardi’s personal residences without evidence that she owns or lives in it. Architectural Digest’s report on the purchase covers the home.

The Los Angeles home

iHeart reported that Cardi and Offset had a Los Angeles home that reportedly went on the market in 2023. The report did not establish whether it sold or who owns it now, so it should be treated as a former or uncertain property rather than a confirmed current mansion. iHeart’s 2023 report notes the uncertainty.

What can—and cannot—be concluded about Cardi B’s mansions

Published accounts document several substantial properties associated with Cardi B, but they do not support a definitive count of homes she owns today. The Atlanta, Tenafly, and Las Terrenas properties have the clearest reporting; even there, past purchases, announcements, and a public statement are not substitutes for current title records. The house for her mother is a separate family purchase, and the later history of the Los Angeles home is not established.
