Scarlett Johansson’s reported property history includes homes in Los Angeles, Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Palisades, New York. It ranges from a Spanish-style Hollywood Hills villa to a Buff & Hensman-designed Los Feliz house and a historic Hudson River-area residence. The latest broad portfolio account cited here was published in June 2023, so it does not establish what Johansson owns or where she lives today.

What the Los Angeles homes reveal
The Hollywood Hills villa: a Spanish-style retreat
The Los Angeles Times described the 1931 villa as having four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and roughly 4,300 square feet. Features included a central atrium, gardens, and a pool on nearly three-quarters of an acre. Johansson’s reported $7 million purchase in 2007 and $4 million sale in 2010 mark the transaction endpoints; they do not by themselves establish profit or loss after expenses.
The Wong House: Buff & Hensman modernism
The Wong House offered a different architectural character. Designed by Buff & Hensman, the 2,835-square-foot Los Feliz home had two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a pool, a walled garden, and city and ocean views, according to the Los Angeles Times. Johansson bought it with Ryan Reynolds, then her husband, and the couple sold it in 2012, according to Architectural Digest.

The later Los Feliz purchase
The 2014 Los Feliz property was a gated, two-story mansion dating to the 1940s. Architectural Digest described four bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms, a pool, and a spa. Its account places the purchase with then-husband Romain Dauriac and reports ownership as of June 2023, not beyond that date.
New York properties: a city penthouse and a historic house
Sutton Place penthouse
The Manhattan apartment measured 1,270 square feet, with two bedrooms and a roughly 500-square-foot terrace. Reported interior details included a renovated kitchen with white marble, a private sunroom off the primary suite, and a glass-brick partition. Architectural Digest reported a 2008 purchase at $2.1 million and a sale at about $1.9 million in 2022; the sale figure is approximate.
Rank #2
Ivy House in Palisades
Architectural Digest describes Ivy House as a 1953 residence designed by Eric Gugler, with Hudson River views, a pool, a guest house, and period details. It reported the $4 million purchase in 2018 and said Johansson and Colin Jost maintained the home and married there in October 2020. The 2023 article does not establish whether they still own it now.
The Hamptons beach house
Architectural Digest reported a 2014 purchase for $2.2 million. The two-story home has four bedrooms and approximately 3,500 square feet, as well as a heated pool and deeded ocean access. The article said Johansson still owned it when published in June 2023; that reporting is not proof of present ownership.
Where does Scarlett Johansson live now?
The cited accounts do not verify Johansson’s current residence or provide a complete, current list of her holdings. Architectural Digest’s June 2023 overview described reported ownership at that time, while the Los Angeles Times reports cover specific transactions in 2010. Those dated reports support a historical account—not a claim about where she lives on October 5, 2026.

Purchase and sale figures show reported transaction history, not investment performance. The available accounts do not establish renovation spending, carrying costs, transaction expenses, or every closing detail. In particular, the Sutton Place figure is reported as approximately $1.9 million, and should not be treated as an exact net result against its reported purchase price.
