How to choose a washer that fits your home and routine
Measure the opening and delivery route
Measure the laundry space, including width, height and depth, and allow for lid clearance, hoses and any door swing. Also check the route through hallways, stairs and doorways. Use the yellow EnergyGuide label to compare estimated annual operating costs and energy use. Check ENERGY STAR certification by exact model, rather than assuming every washer in a brand or product family is certified.
