Status (UK, checked 18 August 2026): the headline deal list is an archived Black Friday 2024 liveblog, not a live 2026 sale. T3’s updates ran from 25–29 November 2024, and its prices should not be treated as available today. Current retailer pages show changing promotions and some already-expired codes, so check the product page, seller, delivery charge and warranty before paying.
Use the historical prices below as benchmarks for judging a genuine 2026 bargain. For live stock and prices, start with Ninja UK, Tower, Philips and Instant Pot UK.
What was the best deal in the archived 2024 list?
There is no defensible single winner without knowing the buyer’s household, counter space and preferred retailer. The strongest historical value was usually a recognisable model at a price close to its normal street price, rather than the biggest advertised percentage saving. Expert Reviews recommends combining price tracking with prior product testing because “was/now” RRPs can exaggerate a discount.

Historical deals by buyer
Best cheap single-drawer model
The Instant Vortex 4-in-1 5.7L at £49.99 was the lowest-cost mainstream starting point in the 2024 list. A single drawer is generally easier to load and wash than two small drawers, making it sensible for one or two people. Confirm basket dimensions and dishwasher guidance for the exact model before buying.
Best family dual-drawer model
The Tower T17088 Vortx 9L was listed at £78. Two independent baskets let you cook different foods at different temperatures; Sync Finish-style controls delay one zone so both foods finish together. Total litres do not equal one nine-litre cooking surface, so check each drawer’s floor area.
Best small-kitchen design
Ninja DoubleStack models place two drawers vertically. They save width but need more vertical clearance, and each drawer can hold less than a single wide basket. Ninja’s UK range also includes conventional dual-zone and FlexDrawer designs; compare the footprint and clearance on the official range page.

Best large-capacity option
Ninja Foodi Max models were listed around £149–£159 in 2024, while 9–10.4L machines from Ninja, Tower and Philips target larger households. Treat capacity as a guide only: drawer shape, food depth and whether you cook a whole item or several batches determine usable space.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsBest oven-style model
The Tower T17076 Xpress Pro Combo was listed at £54.99. Oven-style machines can accept shelves, racks or rotisserie accessories, but they usually require more cleaning and can be less convenient for a small portion than a pull-out basket.
Best multi-cooker alternative
Instant Pot Duo Crisp 6 was listed at £110, from £180, in 2024. It combines pressure cooking with air frying, but is larger and more complex than a dedicated fryer. The Guardian’s 2025 testing noted that one Instant Pot Vortex Plus package supplied a QR-code video rather than printed instructions, a reminder to assess usability as well as cooking results: Guardian testing.

Best connected alternative
Philips Essential XL Connected was listed at £73.99, from £166.99. App recipes and notifications are useful only if you want that guidance; connected models may require an account and phone setup. Philips currently promotes member access rather than a verified 2026 air-fryer price list: Philips Black Friday page.
Single basket or dual basket?
- Single basket: usually cheaper, simpler and easier to clean.
- Dual basket: separate temperatures and foods, with Sync Finish or equivalent convenience.
- Capacity trade-off: two drawers may offer less usable room for one large item than a single wide basket.
- FlexDrawer or divider: can switch between two zones and one larger compartment.
- Stacked design: saves width but needs greater vertical clearance.
How much capacity do you need?
These are practical guidelines, not manufacturer serving standards:
- 2–4L: one person or small portions.
- 4–6L: couples and smaller households.
- 7–9L dual-zone: families cooking separate foods.
- 9–11L: larger households or batch cooking, if your counter and socket can accommodate it.
- 10–12L oven-style: racks, toast and larger items, with more washing and often more preheating.
How to tell whether a discount is genuine
- Record the exact model number, not just a family name such as “DoubleStack”.
- Compare the current price with recent street prices, not only the claimed RRP.
- Check the date and time, stock status, delivery cost and any “while stocks last” wording.
- Identify whether a code, newsletter sign-up, membership or credit agreement is required.
- Confirm who sells and dispatches the item, especially on marketplaces.
- Check UK plug, warranty provider, returns period and replacement-basket availability.
Claims such as “lowest ever” need documented price history; they should not be repeated simply because a liveblog used them. Search snippets can also lag behind a retailer page.

Final buying checklist
- Measure counter depth, width and drawer-opening clearance.
- Check basket dimensions and removable parts, not litres alone.
- Verify dishwasher-safe components and replacement-part availability.
- Confirm wattage suits the socket and your kitchen circuit.
- Check noise, viewing windows and accessory storage if those matter to you.
- Read app/account requirements for connected models.
- Review warranty, returns, seller status and delivery before submitting payment.
- Check current manufacturer safety notices or recalls on the day you order.

The Bottom Line
Do not buy on the headline percentage alone. In 2026, wait for a dated retailer price, verify the exact UK model and seller, then choose the basket layout and usable capacity that fit your kitchen.
