The document number alone does not identify the original manufacturer or prove that every similarly labelled inverter uses the same wiring, firmware, battery voltage or protections. Confirm the brand, model and rating label before using any connection diagram or setting.
The closest matching published platform advertises pure-sine output, integrated MPPT charging, battery and PV inputs, AC input or generator operation, dual load outputs, communications options and—on some versions—batteryless operation. These are family-level features, not guaranteed specifications for every copy of 327-100015-09G.

What the 327-100015-09G manual covers
The title most likely refers to a product range rather than one inverter whose output can be adjusted continuously from 3.6 to 6.2 kW. Matching technical material lists separate models rated at approximately 3,600 VA/W, 4,200 VA/W and 6,200 VA/W.

A matching KCO datasheet lists the 3.6/4.2/6.2 kW grouping, pure-sine output, 120 A MPPT charging and dual load outputs. See the published matching-platform datasheet. Similar products are sold under other names, including VICTOR NM-ECO and SOLARUP SY. Similar appearance and specifications do not establish that they are interchangeable.
Identify the exact inverter before wiring it
Do not rely on the filename alone. Compare the manual with the physical inverter and stop if any important detail conflicts.
- Brand and model: photograph the front panel and rating label.
- Rated output: verify whether the unit is 3,600 W, 4,200 W or 6,200 W.
- Battery voltage: confirm whether it is a 24 V or 48 V design. Wattage does not identify battery voltage.
- PV limits: record maximum PV voltage, MPPT operating range, maximum input current and maximum PV power.
- AC rating: check whether the unit is intended for 220, 230 or 240 V and 50 or 60 Hz.
- Terminals: compare the labels and physical order of PV, battery, AC input, main output and secondary output terminals.
- Communications: identify RS232, RS485, CAN, Wi-Fi or GPRS ports and their required accessories.
- Revision information: record firmware, hardware and document revisions if shown.
The manual is not suitable for installation if its battery voltage, PV limit, terminal arrangement, AC topology or grounding instructions disagree with the rating label.

Matching-platform specifications
The following table combines repeated specifications from closely matching product material. Treat them as indicative family-level values, not confirmed values for every inverter carrying document number 327-100015-09G.
| Item | 3.6 kW example | 4.2 kW example | 6.2 kW example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rated AC output | 3,600 W/VA | 4,200 W/VA | 6,200 W/VA |
| Maximum PV power | Up to about 6,200 W | Up to about 6,200 W | Up to about 6,500 W |
| MPPT charging current | Often advertised as 120 A; model-dependent | ||
| PV voltage | Matching material lists a 60–450 V MPPT range and approximately 500 V maximum; verify the exact unit | ||
| AC output | 220/230/240 V variants | ||
| Phase and waveform | Single-phase, pure sine wave | ||
| Communications | Wi-Fi/GPRS and serial or lithium-battery interfaces, depending on version | ||
The distinction between MPPT range and absolute maximum PV voltage is critical. A published matching datasheet lists approximately 60–450 V as the operating range and 500 V as the maximum input voltage. Do not design a string at the maximum merely because the inverter can survive that voltage.
Safety warnings before installation
- PV modules can produce dangerous DC voltage whenever illuminated.
- Disconnecting a DC connector under load can create an arc.
- Battery faults can release extremely high current even at low voltage.
- AC input and output wiring can remain hazardous after the display is off.
- Do not connect a backup output to a utility circuit unless an approved transfer or isolation arrangement is installed.
- Do not assume “on-grid” means approved utility export. Certification and interconnection rules depend on the country and model.
- Grid, generator, grounding and service-panel work should be performed by a qualified electrician under local code.
General installation sequence
The exact terminal order must come from the confirmed manual. The following is a planning sequence, not a substitute for its wiring diagram:
- Confirm the model, system voltage, AC voltage/frequency and all PV limits.
- Mount the inverter vertically in a dry, ventilated location with the specified clearances.
- Install the required battery disconnect, DC overcurrent protection, PV isolator and AC protection.
- Establish protective earth/grounding as required by the applicable code and manual.
- With sources isolated, connect the correctly rated battery cables, observing polarity.
- Verify each PV string’s polarity and cold-weather open-circuit voltage, then connect the PV array.
- Connect utility or generator AC through the required protective equipment.
- Connect only isolated, correctly protected loads to the main and secondary outputs.
- Fit communications modules and battery cables only in the ports specified for that version.
- Start the system using the exact manual’s power-up order. Confirm battery voltage, PV voltage, AC input, output voltage, charging current and operating mode.
Never use a generic sequence to override a model-specific instruction. Some inverter families require battery/DC power before PV or AC; others impose additional conditions.

Battery selection and configuration
Related products advertise lead-acid, AGM, GEL, flooded and lithium-battery compatibility, but the supported chemistry and settings must be verified for the exact hardware. Matching material also describes lithium activation and battery communications on some versions.
Checks that matter
- Confirm 24 V or 48 V battery compatibility before connecting anything.
- Set the correct battery chemistry or user-defined charging profile.
- Configure charging-current limits, low-voltage cutoff and return-to-grid or return-to-battery thresholds from the battery manufacturer’s requirements.
- Use the required temperature sensor where supported.
- For lithium batteries, confirm whether CAN or RS485 communication, a specific protocol, address or termination arrangement is required.
- Size the battery, fuse, disconnect, busbars and cables for continuous and surge current.
A 6.2 kW inverter operating from a low-voltage battery can draw well over 100 A at high load after conversion losses. The exact current depends on battery voltage, efficiency and load. Do not select a fuse or cable size from the inverter’s wattage alone; cable length, installation method, temperature and local code also matter.
“Batteryless operation” does not mean the inverter provides battery backup. On versions that support it, PV may power suitable loads during adequate sunlight, but stored energy and outage support still require a compatible battery and an approved operating mode.
PV-string design
Check four separate values:
- Maximum open-circuit voltage: the absolute limit the inverter can tolerate.
- MPPT voltage range: where the tracker can operate effectively.
- Maximum PV current: the input-current limit.
- Maximum PV power: the permitted array size under the model’s conditions.
Calculate string open-circuit voltage at the lowest expected temperature, not only at standard test conditions. Compare it with the inverter’s absolute maximum. Then verify that the expected operating voltage remains inside the MPPT window and that current remains within each input’s limit.

- All-in-one Inverter Charger: Not only a power inverter with 3600 watt rated/7200 watt peak power, but with built-in 120A MPPT solar charge controller, and 100A AC battery charger. PV input voltage range 60V-500VDC, Max. PV input power 4200w, 16A
- Pure Sine Wave Inverter: Stable grid-like output 110V/120VAC, no interference with clear signals, can be used for general household appliances and certain sensitive inductive electronic devices within its power range
- Work with or without Battery: This DC 24V to AC 110V inverter works with most kinds of 24V batteries like AGM, Gel, Lead-acid, Lithium-ion and LiFePO4. It also can work without battery, uses pv power to run loads, while pv input voltage needs exceed 120V and grid is NOT connected, or it will consumes grid power inevitably. To reduce grid power consumption, we recommend connecting a battery
- Hybrid Solar Inverter: This power inverter can configure charging and output priority of solar panels, battery or utility, allowing for energy storage and direct use, great for household, workshop, power outage, emergency back up
- Easy Setting and Monitoring: This inverter has a LCD display, indicating the operating status and input/output information, allowing you to set parameters like battery charging current. Module for remote monitoring is optional, sold separately
Do not mix strings with materially different orientation or shading on the same tracker unless the confirmed manual allows it. Isolate PV before servicing, and treat all PV terminals as energized whenever sunlight is present.
AC input, generators and backup loads
Matching products advertise 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz variants and AC input for utility or generator use. This does not establish that every unit supports export-to-grid operation or U.S. utility interconnection.
Before connecting AC, verify:
- Permitted voltage and frequency range
- Generator waveform and frequency stability
- Neutral and protective-earth arrangement
- Bypass and transfer behavior
- Whether the inverter accepts grid input only or is certified for export
- Whether backed-up loads must be isolated from the utility supply
A single-phase 220/230/240 V inverter is not automatically compatible with a North American 120/240 V split-phase installation. Do not parallel two units or create split-phase output unless the exact manual expressly supports it.
Operating modes and menu logic
Menu names vary by firmware, but related platforms commonly expose these concepts:
- Solar-priority charging: PV is preferred for charging or load supply.
- Utility-priority charging: grid or generator is preferred when available.
- Solar plus utility charging: both sources may charge simultaneously if enabled.
- PV-priority output: solar and battery serve loads before utility where configured.
- Utility-priority output: utility supplies loads when available.
- Battery/SBU priority: battery supplies loads until a configured threshold, then AC input is used.
- Bypass: AC input passes through to loads.
- Standby or fault: output may be disabled until the cause is cleared.
A related Y&H manual describes several charging and output-priority modes, but it is comparative evidence only. Do not transfer menu numbers, voltage settings or button sequences from that manual unless the physical inverter is confirmed as that model.
Understanding dual outputs
“Dual output” does not necessarily mean two independent full-power inverter outputs. Related datasheets distinguish a main load and a second load, with possible differences in power allocation, timing and low-battery behavior.
Confirm in the exact manual:
- Which terminals are the main and secondary outputs
- Whether both outputs share the total inverter rating
- Whether the secondary output disconnects at low battery
- Whether it has an independent timer or voltage threshold
- Whether motor or compressor loads are permitted
Do not assume that each output can deliver the full nameplate rating.
Monitoring and communications
Depending on the variant, the communications system may include Wi-Fi, GPRS, RS232, RS485 or CAN. Product pages describe monitoring and mobile control, but an advertised interface may be optional rather than included.
Confirm the module, app, protocol and port before purchasing an accessory. Monitoring can show status without providing electrical isolation, emergency shutdown or proof that a wiring fault is safe. Record passwords only from the confirmed manual, and treat cloud connectivity as separate from the inverter’s core protection functions.
Fault diagnosis and recovery
| Symptom | Checks | Safe response |
|---|---|---|
| No display | Battery disconnect, polarity, fuse, DC voltage and power switch | Isolate sources before inspecting; measure DC voltage with suitable equipment |
| PV is not charging | PV voltage, polarity, shading, isolator and whether voltage is inside the MPPT range | Do not exceed the maximum PV voltage; have string testing performed safely |
| Overload | Total load, motor starting current and secondary-output allocation | Remove loads; restart only after identifying the cause |
| High temperature | Blocked vents, clearance, ambient temperature and fan operation | Shut down if temperature continues rising |
| Low-battery shutdown | State of charge, cable voltage drop, cutoff setting and battery capacity | Recharge and inspect the complete DC path |
| Grid or bypass fault | AC voltage, frequency, neutral, grounding and generator quality | Disconnect a questionable source and obtain qualified testing |
| Lithium communication fault | CAN/RS485 wiring, protocol, address, termination and battery profile | Use the battery manufacturer’s wiring and settings |
Do not begin with a factory reset. A reset will not correct reversed polarity, excessive PV voltage, an undersized battery, poor ventilation, unstable generator power or an unsafe AC connection. Reset only when the cause is understood and the exact manual explains how to restore required settings.

If the original inverter must be replaced, compare more than output wattage. A candidate replacement must match:
- Battery voltage and chemistry support
- PV maximum voltage, MPPT range and current
- AC voltage, frequency and phase arrangement
- Grid-input and backup-output topology
- Neutral-ground requirements
- Battery communication protocol
- Terminal layout and enclosure requirements
- Required certification and local interconnection approval
A similar 6.2 kW listing may still be unsuitable if it uses two MPPTs instead of one, requires a different battery protocol, lacks the required certification or cannot connect to a 120/240 V split-phase system. Ask the supplier for the exact model, firmware, certifications, warranty location, replacement availability and return policy before ordering.
Practical identification checklist
Before installation or troubleshooting, keep photographs and measurements of:
- Front label and serial number
- Rating plate and warning labels
- Every terminal and connector
- Battery voltage and chemistry
- PV string open-circuit voltage
- AC input voltage and frequency
- Firmware or hardware revision
- Current fault message and operating mode
If any of these cannot be reconciled with the manual, stop and obtain model-specific documentation. The document number is a useful search key, but it is not an electrical specification.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is 327-100015-09G definitely a KCO inverter manual?
No. The closest matching KCO material overlaps in power range and features, but the document number has not been independently tied to a confirmed manufacturer. Use the rating label and terminal layout to identify the hardware.
Can a 6.2 kW version use either a 24 V or 48 V battery?
Do not assume. Related products include different battery-voltage configurations. Confirm the exact model before connecting a battery bank.
Does “on-grid” mean the inverter can export power?
Not necessarily. It may refer to AC input or bypass operation. Export requires model-specific certification and approval under the applicable utility and electrical rules.
Is 500 V the normal MPPT operating voltage?
No. Matching material distinguishes an approximately 60–450 V MPPT range from a roughly 500 V absolute maximum. The exact manual must control the design.
