18 Construction Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel Management Group LLC announced on October 6, 2026, that it had been voted “Best by Locals” and recognized as a top-recommended contractor on Yelp and ServiceAgent. The recognition is reported in the company’s press release; the available announcement does not identify an award issuer, voting method, voter count, or independent award record.
What the recognition does—and does not—establish
The company’s announcement describes the recognition as a milestone for its South Florida remodeling team. “Being named ‘Best by Locals’ and earning top honors across Yelp and ServiceAgent is an incredible milestone for our entire crew,” the company’s project management team said in the press release.
That statement is attributable to the company, not an independent award administrator. The release does not establish who conducted the vote, which category or geography it covered, how many people participated, or what eligibility criteria applied. It also does not provide a separate record confirming the recognition. Readers should therefore treat “Best by Locals” and the Yelp and ServiceAgent distinction as claims in the company announcement, rather than independently verified rankings. - Does the written estimate specify the work, materials, finishes, exclusions, and payment schedule?
- Who handles permits, architectural submittals, and condo or HOA approvals, and what must the owner or building provide?
- How are material lead times, building rules, schedule changes, and change orders documented?
- Which product and finish selections are included, and which are allowances or owner-supplied items?
- Can you review recent, independent, platform-specific feedback or documented recognition that applies to a similar project?
These questions matter particularly for condo renovations, where building procedures and compliance requirements can shape the project as much as the work inside the unit.
