Start with the ice-maker setting and water supply

Check the ice bin and cubes
On models with a removable bin, check that it is present and positioned as directed in the guide. If cubes have clumped or stuck together, remove the bin and loosen them only as the guide instructs, then refit it correctly. Bin-related checks apply only where that refrigerator design uses a removable bin.
Could the water filter be stopping ice production?
A clogged filter is one possible cause listed in Fisher & Paykel troubleshooting guidance, but the same symptom can come from the ice-maker setting, water supply, line or freezer. A filter change is not a confirmed fix unless the filter is due for replacement or the model’s guidance indicates it.

Fisher & Paykel’s US listing for filter 847200 recommends replacement every six months. Treat that as manufacturer maintenance guidance, and confirm the interval for your appliance in its own documentation.
Choose a replacement filter by model and existing part number
