David and Victoria Beckham are reported to have three key home bases: London, a countryside home near Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, and a Miami residence. Their downtown Miami One Thousand Museum penthouse was reported sold in February 2026; it should not be confused with the Miami Beach waterfront home whose purchase was reported in 2024.
Where are the Beckhams’ homes?
| Location | Reported role | What is known |
|---|---|---|
| Holland Park, London | Primary base | Property coverage describes the Holland Park house as the couple’s primary residence and London base. David Beckham referred to the house in a 2025 Country Life interview. Country Life; House & Garden |
| Near Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire | Family and weekend retreat | The Cotswolds home is described as a weekend house on 26 acres. Country Life reported that the couple bought it in 2016. Country Life |
| Miami, Florida | United States home | A Miami Beach waterfront mansion purchase was reported in 2024. The couple’s downtown One Thousand Museum penthouse was reported sold in February 2026. Miami Herald, 2024; Miami Herald, 2026 |
London: their reported primary base
The Beckhams’ Holland Park house is described in property coverage as their primary residence and London base. That identifies the role of the home in public reporting, not an official declaration of full-time residence or a measure of how often either David or Victoria is there.
The Cotswolds: a country home near Chipping Norton
Their home near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire is presented as a family and weekend retreat. In a 2025 Country Life interview, David Beckham spoke about his attachment to the property and its garden: “I just love it. I’m never happier than when I’m here.” The same coverage reports that the estate includes 26 acres and that the couple bought it in 2016; those are reported details, not independently verified land-title findings. Miami: a newer waterfront home and a sold penthouse
Miami coverage involves two different properties. The Miami Herald reported in October 2024 on the Beckhams’ purchase process for a Miami Beach waterfront mansion. In February 2026, the paper reported that they had sold their One Thousand Museum penthouse in downtown Miami. The sale means that the penthouse should be treated as part of their property history, not identified as their current Miami home. Miami Herald, 2024; Miami Herald, 2026
#1 Best Overall
The Miami Beach home is the newer property associated with their U.S. base in the reporting. Public coverage does not independently confirm the current title status of every Miami property, so it is more precise to call it a reported purchase than to claim a complete, verified ownership picture.

Coverage supports a broad picture of homes in London, the Cotswolds and Miami, with different reported roles: an urban base, a countryside retreat and a U.S. home. It does not establish how many nights the couple spend in each place, where either is staying on a given date, or a complete, current inventory of privately held properties. Architectural Digest also surveys residences associated with the couple over time, but past homes should not be mistaken for confirmed current holdings. Architectural Digest
