What is the Ninja CREAMi Scoop & Swirl?
The NC701UK combines conventional scoop-style frozen-treat programmes with a soft-serve dispenser. SharkNinja’s UK listing describes 13 one-touch programmes: six classic CREAMi modes, six soft-serve modes and Mix-In. The soft-serve choices include traditional soft serve, frozen custard, fruit whip, swirled frozen yogurt and lite ice cream; these are the manufacturer’s programme descriptions, not independent performance ratings.
The listed components include an outer bowl and lid, Creamerizer paddle, dispensing lid and drip tray. The UK listing also includes Swirl tubs. SharkNinja offers a four-tub bundle, which may be useful if you want to prepare more than one base ahead of time; check the listing for exact compatibility before buying additional tubs.
How the soft-serve dispenser works
The swirl is not produced directly from a freshly mixed liquid. SharkNinja’s directions call for freezing the base for 24 hours, processing it with the Creamerizer paddle, then pulling the soft-serve handle to dispense. The UK guide excerpt recommends a freezer setting between -13°C and -20°C for best results.

- Process the frozen base with the Creamerizer paddle, following the machine’s instructions.
- Fit the dispensing lid and pull the handle to serve it as a swirl.
That preparation schedule matters when comparing the Swirl with a quick dessert maker: the machine’s dispensing feature does not remove the need to plan a day ahead. Tom’s Guide also cautions against dispensing mix-ins through the soft-serve mechanism, so keep additions for the appropriate Mix-In process rather than sending them through the dispenser.
What CreamiFit means
SharkNinja describes CreamiFit as a mode for making lower-calorie, higher-protein frozen treats. That describes the intended use of the mode, not a guarantee about the nutritional profile of any recipe; ingredients and portions determine what ends up in the bowl.

UK availability and price
Tom’s Guide reported on 29 July 2025 that the UK model was available through SharkNinja UK, AO and Currys, at a reported launch price of £349.99. Those retailer names and that price describe the situation at the time of publication, not a current stock or price guarantee. SharkNinja’s UK product page showed £299.99 in a search capture, but that is also a changeable page snapshot. Check the live product and retailer pages before purchasing.
