Among the five manufacturer listings compared here, Luraco’s iRobotics 9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition has the highest observed figure: a $35,000 manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP), alongside a $29,990 sales price. That makes it the price leader in this selected group—not a proven worldwide winner. The examples span US dollars and euros and mix MSRP, suggested retail price and current listed price, so they cannot be ranked as a fully comparable global top five.

How to read this ranking

This is a comparison of selected premium chairs using figures on official manufacturer or regional product pages checked on October 8, 2026. It is not an exhaustive survey of every massage chair sold worldwide. The entries below are ordered by their stated amounts, but differing currencies and price labels mean the sequence is not a like-for-like global ranking. Prices and availability can change; consult the linked product page for the current listing.

Model Manufacturer-listed figure Price basis and region Manufacturer-stated design detail
Luraco iRobotics 9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition $35,000; $29,990 sales price MSRP and sales price; US listing Made-to-order special edition
Infinity Luminary Syner-D $16,999 Current listed price; US listing Paired massage mechanisms and Flex-Track
Fujiiryoki JP-4100 $12,999.99 Current listed price; US listing Not stated in the cited price evidence
iRest Maesthron A801 €9,470 Suggested retail price; iRest Europe listing Separate 4D and 2D massage mechanisms
Daiwa Majesty MAJ-1010 $7,000 MSRP; US listing L-shaped track and space-saving wall-hugger design

The prices and design details are from the manufacturers’ pages: Luraco, Infinity, Fujiiryoki US, iRest Europe and Daiwa Massage. These are manufacturer claims and listings, not independent performance tests.

1. Luraco iRobotics 9 Max Plus Billionaire Edition

Luraco’s page describes this as a made-to-order special edition and shows a $35,000 MSRP with a $29,990 sales price. The MSRP is the highest figure in this comparison; the separate sale figure is lower, so be clear which one you mean when quoting the chair’s price. Check Luraco’s current listing.

What “most expensive in the world” can—and cannot—mean

Within these reviewed listings, Luraco’s $35,000 MSRP is the highest observed price figure. It is not possible to establish from these examples that it is the most expensive massage chair available anywhere: the set is not exhaustive, it covers only selected manufacturer pages, and the price labels and currencies differ. A defensible worldwide ranking would need broad market coverage and a single basis—such as current listed prices converted to one currency on the same date.

For a purchase comparison, evaluate more than the headline price. The useful checks are:

  • Price basis: distinguish MSRP, suggested retail price and sale or current listed price.
  • Mechanism and coverage: note the maker’s description of massage mechanisms and track route; feature names alone do not prove better results.
  • Fit and placement: verify user-size guidance, chair footprint and required room clearance on the exact model page.
  • Warranty and service: read the current terms, exclusions and service geography for the specific seller and region.
  • Delivery: confirm availability, delivery arrangements and support where you live before treating a listed price as a usable offer.

The available manufacturer information does not provide a comparable, independently tested basis for ranking these chairs by therapeutic benefit or durability. Nor do the cited official pages establish that these exact models are sold through Amazon; verify any seller and live listing before relying on that availability.
