The Fields at SeaFlower, a planned 362-unit apartment community in southwest Bradenton, has broken ground, according to an October 8, 2026 report by Business Observer. Pre-leasing was expected to begin in summer 2027, but no completion date or confirmed leasing availability has been announced in the reported project details.
What is being built at SeaFlower?
The Fields at SeaFlower is a multifamily project in southwest Bradenton, Manatee County. NDC Construction is building the community, and its sister company, NDC Asset Management, is expected to manage the property, Business Observer reported.

The project is planned for 362 apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts. The announcement describes planned features rather than units or amenities currently available to renters.
What amenities are planned?
The reported plans include a clubhouse with a fitness center and yoga room, a swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, a dog park and parking for jet-ski trailers. Single-vehicle garages are also planned to be available for lease.

When will pre-leasing begin?
Business Observer’s October 8, 2026 report said pre-leasing was expected to start in summer 2027. That is an anticipated start period, not confirmation that applications or leases are currently available. The report did not provide a construction completion date, an official project address or an official leasing page.

Business Observer described SeaFlower’s reported full buildout as 4,000 homes, 600 apartments, 250 hotel rooms and 350,000 square feet of office and retail space. It reported that the development’s first phase covers about 400 acres south of Cortez Road and west of 75th Street West. These are figures from the news report; they were not independently confirmed in a project document identified for this article.
