What Sungdo’s disclosures say about its work
Sungdo’s company filings describe work across high-tech industrial facilities, gas and chemical plants, and general construction. A Korea Exchange filing describes its high-tech services as engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, maintenance and after-sales support. These company-level descriptions indicate the kinds of services the company offers; they do not verify the reported order or connect it to a particular facility.
A separate, documented Celltrion contract
A September 2, 2022 disclosure records a 106.8 billion won contract for building and utility work on Celltrion’s third factory in Incheon. The filing also says a separate electrical and communications contract was made. This is a distinct historical contract: its amount, customer and project should not be attributed to the reported 76.3 billion won order.

Why annual-report figures do not identify the order
Sungdo’s 2024 annual report gives order information aggregated by business segment. It says individual contract details may be withheld when disclosure could cause material harm or violate confidentiality. The available excerpt does not show that the 76.3 billion won order is included in those totals, so the segment figures cannot establish the identity or terms of this specific contract.

A company or Korea Exchange announcement identifying the 76.3 billion won contract would be needed to confirm it and establish its details. Until such a notice is available, the client, project, scope, date and contract duration remain unverified. Sungdo’s general business descriptions and its separate Celltrion contract are not substitutes for that confirmation.
