What does the tenant mix add to the project?
The six businesses span several uses rather than a single retail category: shopping for running gear, dining and specialty grocery purchases, aesthetics and wellness services, physical therapy, indoor recreation, and candy retail. For the project, that means a mix of commercial uses at street level alongside housing above.
The September 2026 announcement describes the development as having 204 apartments above approximately 53,000 square feet of street-level retail, restaurant, and office space. A December 4, 2025 leasing announcement on The Promenade’s official news page instead described it as a 57,000-square-foot mixed-use center and named Persimmon Capital Partners, LLC as owner and developer. The two published area figures use different wording and dates; the sources do not explain the difference.
