Meydan Horizon also has reported development activity beyond Reportage’s projects. In a press release dated March 31, 2026, Dubai Investments said its subsidiary Dubai Investment Real Estate had broken ground on Al Vista, a mixed-use project with residential, commercial and retail elements.
The release described Al Vista as including a 39-storey residential tower with 312 apartments and a 19-storey commercial tower with approximately 120,000 sq. ft. of office space, with completion targeted for Q1 2028. Those figures and that target apply to Al Vista only; they do not establish the scale, construction progress or schedule of Verso, Époque or Meydan Horizon as a whole.
What buyers should verify before relying on a listing
Because the available information is promotional or broker-listed rather than confirmation of current project terms, prospective buyers should request dated, project-specific documentation before making a decision. In particular, confirm:
