Prateek Group says it has performed Bhumi Pujan and begun construction on a new luxury residential project in Sector 150, Noida, before opening formal sales. The announcement, dated 22 October 2026, places the site along the Noida–Greater Noida Expressway. The project is still at the expression-of-interest stage: its marketed name, RERA registration, prices and possession timeline have not been publicly confirmed.

The release says the project is expected to generate more than 2,000 jobs and support local economic activity. That figure is the developer’s estimate, not an independently audited forecast. The announcement does not provide an independent construction-progress report.

Is the new project RERA registered, and what details are still pending?

Canary’s figures are useful only as details of that registered, separate project. They should not be carried over to the new development.
What does the developer say about its track record?
In the company-supplied announcement, Prateek Group says it has delivered 20 million square feet and served more than 50,000 customers. It also says it was incorporated in 2005, launched Prateek Stylome in 2011 and launched Prateek Edifice in 2013. These are company-stated figures and dates, not independent verification of the new project’s approvals, schedule or delivery.

- Land area, number of homes and tower plan, so the project’s scale and density are clear.
- Final carpet area and floor layout for the specific unit, not only the indicative EOI size band.
- The complete price and payment schedule, including the amounts and dates due.
- The possession timeline stated in the registration and sale documents.
- Whether any later expression-of-interest or allocation process is informational or creates a binding commitment.
Until those particulars are published, the confirmed picture is limited: the developer has announced Bhumi Pujan and pre-sales construction, while the public EOI page lists approximate configurations without opening bookings.
