What is Hall D at City Point Targówek?
Hall D is a newly completed industrial building within City Point Targówek, a logistics and production development on a revitalised former industrial site in Warsaw. The hall provides 17,000 square metres of space and has been fully leased. The reports do not identify its tenants or state the size of individual units.

EurobuildCEE reported the completion and occupancy permit on 8 October 2026. Property Forum and Projekt Inwestor also reported the hall’s completion, 17,000-square-metre area and full lease-up.
What uses and facilities does Hall D provide?
The building was designed for warehousing, distribution and manufacturing. Its units include office and social facilities, with loading available through dock levellers or ground-level gates. Depenbrock Polska was the general contractor.

The reports do not specify unit sizes, divisibility, rent, tenant identities, transport access details or the date of handover to tenants.
What environmental and occupant features are included?
Reported design provisions include light-coloured facades, white and green roofs, photovoltaic panels and rainwater reuse for sanitary purposes. The hall is connected to the district heating network. Skylights cover a reported 5–12 percent of the roof area. Recreational areas, electric-vehicle charging stations and covered bicycle shelters are also included.

Have the certifications been awarded?
No. Hall D is pursuing BREEAM, LEED and WELL HSR certifications, and the project is being assessed for compliance with the EU Taxonomy. These are ongoing processes; the reports do not say that any certification has been awarded or that EU Taxonomy compliance has been confirmed.

How does Hall D fit into the wider City Point Targówek development?
The joint venture between Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors plans approximately 100,000 square metres of warehouse, production and service space at City Point Targówek. An earlier phase included a 7,000-square-metre facility fully leased to DPD Polska. The project website has described the wider park as a nearly 100,000-square-metre last-mile logistics development.
Another SBU hall is reported to be underway. Olga Wałkiewicz, leasing director at Peakside Capital Advisors, told EurobuildCEE that the fourth hall would add more than 12,400 square metres across SBU units. She described Hall D’s full lease-up as confirming demand for modern and flexible warehouse and production space within the city; that is the developer’s assessment, not independent market research.

A separate City Point project update describes construction underway on Building B, the fourth building, with more than 12,400 square metres planned across nine units of 860 to 2,000 square metres and a Q1 2027 completion schedule. The Hall D report refers to another SBU hall. The available information does not establish that these references name the same building. The reported schedule is a target, not confirmation of a completed project.
A December 2025 update set a Q3 2026 completion and handover target for Hall C1, also reported at 17,000 square metres. That earlier target does not establish Hall C1’s actual completion status.
