How did the 2025 report describe access?
The event report said the precinct could be reached by public transport and by pedestrian and cycle paths linking South Perth and Burswood, including Boorloo Bridge. It also identified nearby parking at Taylor Reserve. Those are details reported in 2025, not a confirmation of present-day routes, parking availability, or access conditions. PerthNow reported a total project cost of $4.8 million. The same 2025 report said $2.5 million came from the Commonwealth Communities program, $926,653 from the State Government, and the remainder from the Town of Victoria Park. These amounts are attributed to that report; it did not cite a separate funding announcement or independently verify the figures.
