Marion Cotillard was reported to have bought a Mediterranean-style villa in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, for $5.4 million in 2021. The purchase was reported publicly in October 2022 by Madame Figaro, which attributed the account to celebrity property publication Dirt; the reviewed coverage does not include a deed or confirmation from Cotillard or her representatives.
What was reported about the purchase?
Madame Figaro reported the $5.4 million price and said the purchase took place in 2021, without specifying a transaction date. Forbes Romania reported that the home had been listed for $7 million and described the reported sale as a $1.6 million discount. That asking-price history and discount are the outlet’s account, not independently verified negotiation details.
The reports place the villa in Los Feliz and describe it as a 1930s Mediterranean-style property. Their differing construction details and measurements should be kept attributed rather than treated as a single verified specification.
What do reports say about the villa?
Coverage describes five bedrooms, a swimming pool and a separate guest house. Madame Figaro also lists a garden, summer kitchen, fireplace, library, gym, and marble in the kitchen and bathrooms.
