What does “attainable” mean in the announcement?
The report says the homes’ average starting prices are below the median home price in Upstate communities. It does not give an exact starting price, identify which communities or data source define the median, or state when that comparison was measured. As a result, the announcement supports a relative price claim, not a precise estimate of affordability or evidence that the homes are within reach of a particular household.
