The Lamborghini-inspired villas most closely associated with the headline are Tierra Viva, a 53-villa development announced by Automobili Lamborghini and Dar Global for Benahavís on Spain’s Costa del Sol. The concept translates the marque’s design identity into architecture, interiors and vehicle accommodation—but the available project descriptions do not establish that Lamborghini designed every architectural or construction detail.
What are the Lamborghini-inspired villas in Spain?
Tierra Viva is a hillside residential development in Benahavís, near Marbella. Automobili Lamborghini announced the project with real-estate company Dar Global on 21 June 2023, describing it as the brand’s first residential project in Europe and specifying 53 villas. The companies framed the design as inspired by Lamborghini supercars and the marque’s style, rather than as a literal conversion of cars into houses.
That distinction matters: a brand partnership and an inspiration brief do not, by themselves, identify who produced each architectural drawing, selected every material or managed construction. The announcement describes a collaboration but does not set out a full division of design responsibility.
What design features are described?
Exterior and setting
Tierra Viva’s project site markets a hillside setting, villa types, sharp lines and material choices. Those descriptions communicate the intended visual character, but they are promotional language, not a technical specification or independent assessment of the finished buildings.

Interiors and vehicle accommodation
The project site says each residence has a private car elevator intended for vehicles such as Lamborghinis or other models. This is a project-site claim; it should not be read as an independently inspected feature. The site also gives marketed ranges of 7,320 to 15,608 square feet of living area and 10,818 to 31,011 square feet of plot area. These are advertised dimensions, not independently audited measurements.
How does Tierra Viva compare with Dubai Hills Vista?
Dubai Hills Vista is a separate, earlier Emaar development announced by Automobili Lamborghini in 2021. The brand described it as 40 six-bedroom villas with interiors inspired by its super sports cars and an optional Lamborghini furniture collection. The two projects share a branded design concept, but their contexts and documented features differ.

| Construction or delivery evidence | The available announcement and project-site descriptions do not establish a current handover milestone. | Contractor Innovo lists Majestic Vistas as completed; its recorded scope includes flooring, sanitaryware, lighting, facade and landscaping. |
The contractor record gives a practical construction perspective on Dubai: the branded interior concept sits alongside conventional delivery packages such as flooring, sanitaryware, lighting, facade and landscape works. It does not establish that the same scope or construction arrangements apply to Tierra Viva.
Is Tierra Viva completed and available?
As of 8 October 2026, the sources cited here do not confirm Tierra Viva’s construction stage, handover date, price or current availability. The 2023 announcement and the project site’s advertised features are not evidence that the villas are completed, on schedule, available for purchase or sold out. A buyer should seek current confirmation directly from the project’s official sales channel before relying on a completion or availability claim.

Is this the same as Tonino Lamborghini residences?
No. Automobili Lamborghini’s Tierra Viva and Dubai Hills Vista partnerships are distinct from Tonino Lamborghini’s separate real-estate projects. Tonino Lamborghini’s official site describes residences on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, with 378 units, and credits Angela Krieger for creative direction and Carlos Rossi as interior design architect. Those details concern that separate project, not Tierra Viva or Dubai Hills Vista.
