HiLITE says the project is scheduled for completion within two years and is expected to generate more than 10,000 direct IT jobs. These are the company’s forward-looking schedule and employment projection; the October 2026 announcement does not establish a delivery date, construction progress, or jobs already created.
The company also says Cyber Tower is part of a plan to develop 12 million square feet of office space over the next few years. That figure describes HiLITE Group’s wider stated plan, not the size of this tower alone.

What did the Chief Minister say about wider development plans?
In the company’s NewsVoir-carried release, Satheesan referred to 50 million square feet in new development projects expected to be completed by 2030 and around 2 lakh job opportunities within Keralam. These are the Chief Minister’s statements as quoted in the release, and they refer to broader development and employment expectations rather than verified outcomes attributable to Cyber Tower.
The same announcement quotes Satheesan as saying, “The Government’s vision is re-imagining Keralam by prioritizing advanced technologies and innovation.” Kunhalikutty said Calicut could become “Keralam’s next major IT destination,” following Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram and Infopark in Kochi. HiLITE Group Chairman P. Is HiLITE Cyber Tower the same as HiLITE Cyber Hub?
No. HiLITE Cyber Hub is a separate development at Cyberpark Kozhikode. HiLITE’s event listing and the Cyber Hub announcement date its groundbreaking to March 9, 2026. The projects have distinct announced specifications:
