What prices and rebate were announced?
The 2024 announcement listed prices from $252,000 to $373,000 and a $6,000 rebate for fencing and landscaping. These figures describe the announced release, not a current offer. The announcement does not establish lot-by-lot prices, conditions of sale or whether the rebate remains available.
How did Stage 26 compare with the earlier release?
Stage 25 was announced in November 2023. The figures below are from separate release announcements and are not a like-for-like measure of affordability: prices are nominal and relate to different dates, and the announcements do not set out comparable sale conditions.

What is the location context?
The 2024 government announcement described Jindowie as minutes from Yanchep Lagoon and close to retail and commercial hubs. The 2023 release also cited schools, natural bushland and the then-future Yanchep train station. These are descriptions from the announcements; they do not establish current journey times or the present status of transport services.
Are Jindowie Stage 26 lots available now?
The 2024 release does not establish present-day inventory, pricing or lot-specific conditions. A WA Government housing pipeline page updated 9 April 2026 provides a pipeline overview but does not list a Stage 26 inventory in the information reviewed. A government page updated 22 May 2026 lists Jindowie among projects transferred to DevelopmentWA; that transfer information does not confirm remaining lots or their sale terms. Check directly with the estate or relevant land authority for current availability, titles, prices, rebates and conditions before making a decision.

What did the announcement mean by “affordable housing supply”?
The release framed the lots as adding more affordable land and noted the six-lot social-housing allocation. Those are government descriptions of the project’s purpose and allocation. They are not evidence of a measured, market-wide affordability effect: the cited announcements do not quantify how the release changed housing affordability overall.
