Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin announced in February 2024 that they planned to leave California permanently for Florida. The Palm Beach estate they had acquired earlier was later featured in a home tour in Veranda’s September/October 2025 issue; reporting in September 2026 says Stallone still spends much of his time there. The tour shows a home with a private beach, a film-memorabilia screening room, a gym, a pool and a substantial art collection.
What’s inside Stallone’s Palm Beach home
The home is described as having been built in 2014, with high ceilings and oversized windows. Flavin called its scale “a livable size,” while Stallone said the house felt inviting. The published feature’s focus is not just the estate’s size, but the way its rooms combine family living, entertainment and Stallone’s film history.

A screening room with Rocky and Rambo memorabilia
The screening room displays film objects including a knife from First Blood, Stallone’s Rocky robe and the original screenplay for Rocky, which he wrote and which was nominated for an Academy Award. It is a personal collection presented as part of the home, rather than a generic cinema room.

The estate is reported to have a private beach, gym and a distinctive keyhole-shaped pool. Realtor.com’s August 2025 photo captions describe the pool as connected to the gym. Fox News reported that the property sits on approximately 1.5 lakefront acres with more than 250 feet of beach frontage.

Art and dining room
Realtor.com’s photo captions also describe a Damien Hirst mosaic in the dining room and a custom electric-blue table. The broader home coverage notes an extensive art collection, making the artwork part of the house’s character rather than simply an architectural feature.
Reported size and property details
The Miami Herald’s August 2025 profile reported the following estate details. These are that outlet’s figures; property measurements can vary depending on what spaces and structures are counted.

| Interior area | 13,241 square feet, reported by the Miami Herald in 2025 |
| Bedrooms and bathrooms | Seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, reported by the Miami Herald in 2025 |
| Water frontage | More than 250 feet, reported by the Miami Herald in 2025; Fox News separately described over 250 feet of beach frontage |

The different descriptions of frontage come from separate outlets. They establish that the property was reported to have substantial waterfront access, not a separately verified survey measurement.

Stallone announced the planned move during the Season 2 premiere of The Family Stallone in February 2024. He told his daughters: “After long, hard consideration, your mother and I have decided, time to move on and leave the state of California permanently.” He then said, “And, we’re going to Florida.” The Los Angeles Times reported that the Florida property had already been secured and that Stallone called it “a done deal.”

Flavin described the change in terms of family life. As their daughters moved into their own lives, she said the family home had begun to feel like an “empty nest” and that she wanted a major change after raising the girls in California. The stated reasons were a shift in family stage and a desire for a new environment, not a reported political or tax rationale.
What the couple has said about the Florida home
In September 2025, Stallone told Fox News Digital, “I love it,” explaining that Florida’s proximity to water and lush surroundings suited his personality better. That is his personal impression, not an objective comparison between Florida and California.
In the home-feature coverage, Stallone contrasted the property with newer houses he had viewed: “We looked at some of the houses built after COVID, and they were monstrosities. Monumental structures, but none of them embraced you or made you feel warm. You felt as though you were in a hotel lobby.” Flavin also described her approach to living in the house as family-first: “I’ve always made every house we’ve ever had a home. I don’t care if someone spills something. I can replace the rug or get it cleaned. We have three dogs and a cat and lots of children. Nothing we own is precious. Our family is precious, but the material things are not precious.”

Where the home tour appeared—and what remains unconfirmed
The home tour appeared in Veranda’s September/October 2025 issue. September 29, 2026 Associated Press reporting says Stallone spends much of his time at the Palm Beach estate he shares with Flavin. That reporting does not establish the exact legal ownership of the property or Stallone’s tax-residency status. Coverage also does not establish the home’s exact street address.
