Logan Paul’s former home at 4546 White Oak Avenue in Encino sold in April 2022 for about $7.5 million, with Machine Gun Kelly identified in subsequent coverage as the next owner. The gated Rancho Estates property was marketed as a remodeled contemporary compound, with a detached guest house, pool, wine cellar, home theater and outdoor grotto kitchen.

Where was Logan Paul’s former Encino home?

The house is at 4546 White Oak Avenue in Encino, within the Rancho Estates area. Property-history records connect the address to a 2017 purchase by Paul and an April 2022 sale. Coverage of the later transaction names musician Machine Gun Kelly as the next owner; Archute also names Megan Fox.

How much did the Encino home sell for?

Paul bought the property in 2017 for $6.55 million, according to Redfin’s property history. It was listed in November 2021 for $8.995 million, then the asking price was reduced before the sale.

The transaction closed on April 20, 2022. Sources do not agree on the exact amount: Compass displays $7,504,325 in its MLS history and $7,504,500 in a public-record entry, while Traded reports $7,405,000. Describing the sale as about $7.5 million reflects the available records without implying that the exact figure is settled. These purchase, asking and sale prices are reported transaction figures, not a calculation of Paul’s profit.

What was inside the house?

The address-linked listing describes an 8,689-square-foot home with seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Its advertised features include a detached guest house, wine cellar, home theater, filtered pool and outdoor grotto kitchen. The listing also mentions living and family rooms, a custom bar, bonus room, office, chef’s kitchen and formal and informal dining areas.

Architectural and finish details in the listing include reclaimed wood siding, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, marble counters and Italian finishes. These are descriptions from the property marketing, not independently verified assessments of its condition.

What did the property offer outdoors?

The listing presents the grounds as an extension of the entertaining space: a large pool, lounge areas, room for gatherings, a grass area and the grotto-style outdoor kitchen. Together with the detached guest house, these features give the property its compound-like layout rather than the feel of a single house with only a backyard.

Why do published bedroom and bathroom counts differ?

The address-linked listing data reports seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Archute’s article gives five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Because the figures conflict, the listing’s address-specific details are the clearer basis for describing the property, while the discrepancy is worth keeping in mind when comparing coverage.
